Last two deliveries, no promo item because "they had run out".

Tonight, I ordered and paid for said promo item. Guy rocked up and said "you have a free "promo item" with your order tonight. I said "great, but where's the one I paid for?" After I had to point out he made a mistake by not bringing two, he said he would return with the second.

Got inside, only to find they didn't give us one (of two) pizzas correctly. Phoned up the store, said they would send out the correct pizza (and "promo item"... Got the pizza (probably poisoned) 2 hours after the initial order.

Phoned back again, asking why I still haven't received promo item that I had paid for. Said he'll send out our tomorrow... I won't hold my breath.

Absolutely disgusting service from this store. Stay away...

This is my local and I really wanted to love it. For some reason they slice the ingredients super thin. Never before have I received a prawn pizza where the prawns have been sliced up instead of being whole so I'm able to bite into a juicy prawn. The ham and pineapple pizza came with pineapple sliced so thin I ate an entire pizza before realizing it had pineapple on it. Normally you get pineapple chunks or pieces but here you get almost transparent slithers because they have sliced up the pineapple pieces. It's like they want to use the least amount of ingredients possible to cover the entire pizza base but there's a point where you can't even taste the ingredients anymore. I'd literally rather pay a few bucks more and get ingredients I can taste...
