I’ve been a loyal Pizza Hut customer for over 38 years, and I can honestly and confidently say that the pizzas from Pizza Hut Collaroy are the best I’ve had in the last 20 years! The flavour, quality of toppings, and high-quality produce are unparalleled. They bake their bases fresh every day they simply outclass any other Pizza Hut franchise I’ve visited. Sid and Jassa Rekha are exceptional cooks and franchise owners, delivering the true, traditional old classic Pizza Hut flavour I remember from many years ago. Rekha’s first-class delivery service ensures the pizzas arrive super hot and fresh within the local area. The attention to quality and freshness makes this outlet by far a stand out. Ordered delivery (large pepperoni and 6 wings) last week, my order was delivered almost an hour later and stone cold which tasted like cardboard, note i actually live in Collaroy. Called the store and the manager apologised and gave us a credit for the same order, however said we would need to call the store to place the order and use the credit. Called the store a week later to use the credit and was told that as it was credit and we hadn’t reached the minimum spend for delivery we would need to spend another $20 or they would not deliver my order. I explained to the manager that I merely wanted the same order from last week that they had delivered late and cold, however he was adamant that we needed to spend the additional $20 to meet the minimum order to qualify for delivery. What an absolute rort, will not be ordering from Pizza Hut...

Verry disappointed after placing my order waited 50 minutes spent just over $57.00 , received my 3 pizzas one of the pizza was a pepperoni lovers with extra pepperoni which I paid for extra .. opened the box seriously it had 5 pepperoni this is very appalling I called the store and advised the manager who just laughed and advised me after 15 min on the phone that I will be sent another pizza this was at 730 pm and its now 945 and no pizza I called the store again but left a message again no calls back called again but was hung up on .this is just unexpectable and poor service . This store has no respect to customers feedback and no responsibility of the poor serv8ce they provide it has put the pizza huts reputation low and has again provided poor product and service.
