ALIMENTO Pizza Cafe — Restaurant in Sydney

The actual pizza is good enough, but the service was very sub par.

After ordering over the phone, we went to pick up our pizza. However, the order was somehow "lost" and I was asked to sit down while a new order took place.

After sitting down for about 15 minutes, I was told that my new pizza was ready a while ago, but that no one had told me since "I was on my phone". At this time the pizza was cold.

All of this without any explanation or compensation from the manager.

I am very disappointed, but if you want good pizza, they have it.

Edit: I must mention that the cashier was very nice and apologetic, but it was completely out...

Yarn and Jana (the owners) Remember everyone’s names, everyone’s orders and some how mange to make the experience of getting food out not munande even if you order the same thing every time!

Food is beautifully presented and tastes as nice as it looks. Coffee is beautiful Campos bean and the grind is changed to suit humidity daily.

I’ve seen people of all ages walk in and and out of this cafe. The one thing they ALL have in common is they leave happier than when they came in. 😃

Had a quick Brekky here on a Sunday. Great location and friendly service were a good start. However, we were underwhelmed by the size/simplicity of the dishes considering the prices. One example was the smashed avo (pictured). It was literally, a grilled piece of toast, with half an avo smashed, two cherry tomatoes and some crumbled feta cheese.
