We ordered pizza online and picked it up today (9th May 2021) currently there is a mask restriction due to the COVID-19 outbreak in Sydney, which meant (Everyone must wear a mask) especially if you in hospitality.
Well when I walked in, there were 2 workers and both didn’t wear a mask! I was shocked that they didn’t wear a mask! This was around 4.30 pm today!
In terms of customer service, it was below average. The workers looked fluster and stressed out, and we were the only customers in the shop!
The pizzas were fresh and hot but a little soggy & poor in taste.
I believe the face mask restrictions will be extended this week as announced today.
Pizza Hut, please be mindful of the customers! We would like to be protected from the coronavirus as well.
In the last few years, my brother and his family (2 kids + wife) had pizza here and all got really sick from food poisoning, and they were all hospitalised. It was awhile ago but to be quite frank I was scared it would happen again, thank god I didn’t get sick!!
I hope the cleanliness is maintained in the back kitchen.

I don't usually order from pizza hut I usually order from dominoes but my son wanted the pasta. As soon as I opened the lid to the pizza it looked very unappetising the meat looked like dog food tbh I only ended up eating 2 pieces of the pizza as the strange smell was turning me off I rang the shop just after recieving it so they could fix it up so my 3 year old had a hot meal to eat and I was told he can't do anything for me right now as they were closing shop and he would call me the next day to send me some more food! I wanted my money back, I didn't want food the nxt day! They didn't even call me back I had to call up again the following day and the rude male I spoke to hung up on me. I tried calling again and coincidently it was unavailable. I'll be coming into the store personally to get my money seeing they don't want to give me my money back and expect my kid to eat half frozon pasta and pizza I wouldn't...
Read moreIt’s gone downhill in the last 12 months. It used to be great. Now, they phone is literally never picked up for orders so you have to drive there. The customer service is regularly terrible - I’ve waited for 15 minutes at the counter just to place an order without anyone being there and it’s happened a few times. About 2 months ago I watched a staff member drop chicken wings on the floor and put them back in a box for delivery. Just now I ordered at the store, it’s 9.30pm on a Friday night and the young guy there rolled his eyes and checked the time like it’s midnight already. The store is advertised online as open until 12am….2.5 hrs later….. A year ago I would’ve rated 5/5. Now, it’s lucky to get 1/5 which is fair. The only reason they get anything is because there is sometimes a lady working the front counter who is really good. She’s about the only one. For any customers reading, just go to Sutherland….it’s worth the drive. To any managers reading, this isn’t a hate comment, it’s just the truth...
