The shop closes @ 6pm in Miranda but the lazy staff turn off the crepe machine @ 4pm. They've been told by their main manager to not do that (well so he told me) but laziness rules with undereducated selfish staff. I rocked up a 6 mins past 4. The young girl (about 16 years old) with attitude stated we're not doing crepes now! There was no, I'm sorry but.... blah blah. Just pure aggression. Maybe she's too young and was really tired. The turn over of staff in this place is extraordinary. You rarely see the same face twice in a month. So training is extremely poor so perhaps it's purely on the management teams shoulders. You decide!. Anyway as I was leaving I noticed the crepe machines had not been cleaned and were still operating so I asked Beatrice the manager on duty if she could get someone to throw a tuna together for me. She replied sorry we're put the stuff away! Lol the stuff! I believe she was Referring to the crepe mix. Seriously it's 10 steps to the fridge where it would have been stored! I said can't you whip up a crepe? It's all still warm and it's really not a biggie. She stood on one leg and gave me the dirtiest look and so no! Walked off and the other girl then stared at me like I had the nerve to even ask! I asked her, her name and said I will report it to management and she delightfully stated her name like she had no fear of repercussions. Smirked in my face! Now attitude like that is not your everyday human! It's mental health. Seriously it's not often that you get treated with disgusting attitude from kids who are let loose to act as they please. They don't want to be there and the attitude is of a undertrained non educated youth that cannot understand business and the importance of good service and most of all self respect. These staff members are completely negative, spiteful and full of resentment. How they are employed is a miracle so whoever is managing the business itself (not the food) is solely to blame. It's incredible to see how bad the staff really are. I've seen so many customers complaining while eating there and the response is always the same. Attitude! They don't care, and how dare you ask us to be nice or helpful. That's what gets projected every time! It's almost entertaining if it's not you being the customer. These people are disgustingly bad at their jobs . They say bad management starts at the top and works it way down the chain. It's time to find a new place to eat. Bad customer service should be re-payed with no customers. But that's just my experience for 80 % of the time I used to eat...

I have ordered large coffee and came in take away cup! The staff member came and explained this is what we ordered - take away and not dine-in. Why would you even have a take away option while people are dining in??? Is it a good service to come and ask prior to serving take away in dine-in settings!
I would strongly suggest to review the ordering process if something is not in stock - remove it from the list.
If I paid for a large coffee which ended up T/away per disclaimer note at the bottom of the page which no one read you actually took advantage of the customer by providing smaller size of coffee for the same price!
It is unacceptable to offer take away cup when dining-in.

The young girl asked if I still wanted the Raisin Toast I said Yes but I waited and waited and no sign of my Raisin Toast coming or them even making it, I had finished my coffee by this time so I asked for a refund on the Nut Bread which was dearer than the Raisin Toast, no apology and no mention of giving me a refund of the difference of the cost between the Nut Bread and Raisin Toast, I think your Staff need more training , so if I had not bothered to ask for a refund I would have paid $10.96 for just a small Skim Cap as I could not be bothered waiting for them to decide when they were going to make the Raisin Toast as it was quite obvious they...
