Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sydney

Look, pizza's good, if only a bit oily but the service has dubious quality. I had a "buy two get one free" voucher and bought a couple of pizzas, no problem. TMNT collab? sounds fun, let's get it - has a special sauce that ups the price but I'm willing to try. 20min ride back and forth and well and behold, pizza's missing the sauce.

I call up asking about what happened and they ask me to drive all the way back to get the sauce. I can't keep driving back and forth, so I ask is there any reimbursement I could get instead because the pizza was pricey /because/ of the sauce and it was missing. They wouldn't give any partial refund for the missing sauce and instead promoted the brand by telling us to purchase more pizzas if we wanted the sauce - no apology for the mistake. They didn't ask for my order number nor try to confirm any method of contacting me for the reimbursement either. I can understand the struggles of working in a eatery, but their attitude during the call was unnecessary and it's clear they don't care about the customers and...

Worst pizza experience I have ever had. Their large pizza is smaller than the medium ones compared to other shops. And taste!! Terrible in a single word. The pizza was severely under-cooked and we were able to literally feel the solid cheese inside mouth. The bread is super thick to hold the least amount of toppings possible. It felt more like a roti topped with sauce curry, nothing else. I was barely able to spot any chicken in the toppings, just bunch of onions and lots lots of sauce. Not only in Australia, I have never experienced a pizza so terrible in my entire life. I have also tested pizza hut in other countries, but this was the worst on a different level.

The staff members were super rude and their expressions felt like customers are unwanted hassle. There is hardly anyone coming to the reception, just gossiping back in the kitchen.

I wish I could give a zero star rating . Will never ever go back...

Paid for my pizzas online by PayPal $15.95 on the Pizza Hut website on 10th May 2022. The money was taken from my PayPal account, then when I picked up the pizzas at Bankstown Pizza Hut the bloke said the payment has not been received and told I had to pay another $15.95 because he said his system did not receive the payment. I showed him the PayPal payment receipt and he said the payment was not for him, how could it be not for him when I made the PayPal payment on the Pizza Hut website to be picked up at the Bankstown store, absolutely poor customer service. Now I have a double charge of $15.95 in my bank account because I had to pay another $15.95 on my card to get the pizzas and I have to further waste my time to dispute the PayPal charge because this guy in the Bankstown Pizza Hut store...
