We have had a terrible experience with this particular store 3 times! First time the food was just delayed by an hour and a half from the actual time it was going to be ready when order was placed, had the incorrect items. The second time was the worst - again the food was delayed by 1 hour 45 minutes. I kept on calling the place and the person at the store kept on telling me that the driver is on his way! There was 4 other pizza deliveries in our estate by Pizza Hut but our order was nowhere to be seen as yet! When the delivery driver finally came to deliver the food, he was utterly rude to me and not only was he rude, he threw my food on the ground and was going to hit me and had a fist out! I took my food and ran and then he started calling me the worst names ever! I had to report this to the owner of the store and the answer that I got from him was even more shocking than what the driver did and said to me. He insisted that the driver was one of his most polite drivers! The owner wasn’t ready to listen to the whole story and insisted that he was right! On top of that the order was incorrect and it was missing two items!
The third time, we were at a friends place and I had ordered from this place ( after approx 7-8 months) thinking that they may have improved, but oh was I wrong! Incorrect order items missing and a very rude owner!
This is obviously not the kind of service anyone would like to receive so tread with caution when...
Read moreNot very happy with the service. I ordered via UberEats at 7.30pm for dinner to pick up, tired from work. Exhausted from work I woke up an hour later to walk to collect my dinner, only to be laughed at by the staff, that I already collected my food and walked away. 2 of the staff member didn't even cared to ask relevant questions to make me feel that I'm an idiot, that I had already collected my food. They were not attentive, super rude especially the girl who made me feel like that. Obviously customers can order through UberEats too, that they are all not UberEats delivery drivers. Regardless how busy you are, providing customer service, being competent and checking order number before handing over the product and not even apologising for the inconvenience and waiting additional 15 mins to for the order to be remade and not even offering anything additional for that inconvenience. Poor form, poor customer service skills, lack attention to detail and the staff requires more customer service training with Head Office. Read moreLet me point out a few things here, I have ordered the wings quite a few times and there are a few instances where the worker would allow me to get different sauce or make half of seasoned and traditional but there are times where some workers just said you can pick one. It is better to let the person know that you can only pick one if it the store policy, but having different service will make any customer feel annoyed. But the reason I am writing a review is because when I came to collect my order the guys behind were talking and when one guy came to ask my order he looked at the ticket and said that it is still in the over, however it was already in the heater, since he came back 3 minutes later and said your order is ready without an apology for making a mistake.
