I ordered the Polo Pasta yesterday and was extremely disappointed to find a clump of hair in my meal. It was not just a stray strand, but a tangled clump that was deeply off-putting resembling something you’d expect to find on the floor of a barbershop. I had to physically remove it from my food, and the sight alone made me physically ill.

As someone who is eight months pregnant, this experience was especially distressing. I had spent a significant amount of money on this order, and having to throw away the entire meal due to such a hygiene issue was incredibly frustrating. I’ve never ordered from here before and was genuinely shocked by this incident.

I’ve attached a photo for reference, though it was taken after I removed the majority of the hair. I hope management takes this seriously, as no customer should have to experience something like this especially when food safety...

We had dinner here tonight but the food quality has definitely dropped. The lady at the front was very nice and offered us a new meal but I couldn’t eat it as we still ate what was served.

We ordered smoked chicken. The flavour was very nice but a little undercooked.

We also ordered medium rare eye fillet steak with mushroom sauce, veggies and mash as side. The steak was mostly well done but some places were raw and the pieces served was definitely NOT eye fillet. The mushroom sauce was very tangy and had an overpowering tomatoe taste than mushroom. The veggies did not look fresh and was very soggy. There was 1/4 cup water at the bottom of the bowl. The mash was cooked perfectly and I filled up on it. I have never Left a restaurant, without either taking to food away, even if it was bad. Or finishing it. Spat my food out. The only thing we enjoyed was the garlic bread and I liked the mango lassi. We ordered boscaiola which we will never understand how you can make a pasta that reprehensible. It was disgusting. Steak, somehow he managed to overcook but still raw in the middle? It was so chewy, I had to spit it out. Chips tasted like they were cooked in contaminated oil.. All in all, I spent a regrettable $75 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️im so upset, how can you take someone's money and serve them something that putrid.
