Disgusting, pathetic, lowlife imports with appalling customer service and below average food (Auburn pizzas are superior any day) but I won’t even mention how long I’ve been eating there et cetera because consumer relations supersede all else in a service industry. Responding to customers’ reviews after 5-10 years with the most needlessly combative, petty and shocking replies that no owner in their right mind would write - saying take your money elsewhere after blaming the customer for the genuine issues they experienced - you truly belong on a Gordon Ramsay episode as the Australian version of Amy’s Baking Company thanks to your utter contempt for customer feedback coupled with delusions of how great your pizza really is.
