Food is great, coffee is good, atmosphere is lovely. But the customer service sucks. When the cafe was opened, staff were way more friendly and attentive. Nowadays it feels like I am asking a favor and many times I felt mistreated and I promise myself not to come back. And I still did… but after a while, it feels like a pattern of rudeness and unfriendliness. Speaking your native language in front of your customers is not polite. People might not understand your words but I do understand your meaning. Even other neighbors felt treated the same way. They make some of the amazing coffees I have had in a very long time. Their breakfast options are to die for. The ones that I love most of all are the tuna wrap, salmon roll. But the one that you must definitely try is the Italian scrambled eggs, with sourdough (that's what I like to have it with) but it goes well with any bread. Got 2 slices of tart to take away and got each of them in a separate plastic container, then a plastic bag. The bag you gave me said "reduce, reuse, recycle". The "Reduce" in that statement means "reduce how much you use" and you give people so much unnecessary packaging without asking if they need it.
