I Love Pizza Dee Why — Restaurant in Sydney

Worst Pizza I have ever had. Unfortunately I told my friends, that you guys have best pizza in Sydney when I first tried in Mona vale. I invited my friend for lunch on Sunday 30/08/2020 and we got 3 large pizzas from Dee Why branch. Trust me I have to throw one and half pizza in bin and hardly finished the rest of them. I have spent more than $70 AUD for my lunch which gone to bin. You guys served best pizza in Monavale and worst in Dee Why (even the base have all cuts at corners, one pizza have too much ketchup and other doesn't have any base sause, items are not spread equally.. OMG hard to explain). I don't know why you can't maintain the same quality and consistency. I felt so bad for my friend as she came from Sydney to all the way to try your pizza. What a horrible experience. I used to love this pizza place - it was my favourite. However today I ordered my pizza and it arrived an hour late and freezing cold. When I say freezing I mean it tasted frozen. This pizza was so cold that my family refused to eat it and we had to throw it out. What a waste. I tried to solve the issue with Uber and they gave me $0.99 in refund. Great! Obviously angry I called the pizza place 10 times before the phone answered and was told they can’t do anything about it. The person who served me name was ‘Breed’. He was blunt and refused a refund or deliver a replacement pizza. Like I said, I loved this pizza place but I’m never coming back. Update: I have changed my review from one star to four stars as head office were very apologetic and provided a full refund as well as a future credit. We have since reordered from I Love Pizza Dee Why and received quality pizza and good service.

I have been a loyal customer of I Love Pizza Dee Why for years, but after my experience tonight I will reconsider ordering from their store. We ordered three pizzas through the app at 8pm for delivery and had not received them by 9:30pm. I called the store and was informed that the order hadn't been received as their printer was broken. I requested a refund and was told I would have to wait until Monday for the refund to be processed as this has to be done through head office. I was offered no apology or resolution beyond cancelling the order or waiting another hour for it to be made...
