Rainbow Sushi — Restaurant in Sydney

Average food. Ordered an udon and a sushi plate for dine-in. The maki roll did not look freshly done, probably taken from their takeaway counter as the seaweed on the maki roll is already black and not dark green. The fish on the nigiri was fresh but sushi rice for all the sushi was hard and didn't taste right or vinegared enough. Egg sushi was wrong as the egg or tamago tasted nothing like the usual tamago. Maybe they just took all the sushi from their takeaway sushi fridge and put it on a plate for you. Udon was OK, but spelt wrongly as udong in menu. Waitress was nice to give us serving plates to share but one of the serving plates had a piece of tissue stuck on the edge of the plate. Disappointing meal....

The food tastes really good and you can feel the cleanliness and good quality in everything I spent $46 for lunch for 2 adults and one kid and we were so hungry 😉 so the price was also alright.

The service was good with smiles and no rushing.

The atmosphere is not as good as the above as it's a tiny place with limited street parking spaces but its worth a visit if you are looking for a good and clean Sushi 🍣
