Me and my daughter walked into the restaurant to have lunch around 12:00pm and we asked to sit at the far back of the restaurant as it raining and extremely cold. The lady immediately dismissed our request and seated us at a table we weren’t happy with and the waiter saw that too. We ordered a chicken pad thai between me and my daughter to share and the waiting time was extremely unacceptable and long. 2 ladies came in after us, were seated and served quickly after they’re ordered as we were still waiting for the pad thai. We ordered table water, and when the waiter came and served us the table water, she slammed the glass on the table aggressively and the water splattered on the table everywhere too which was rude, ignorant, unprofessional and EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE. When the food arrived on our table, the pad thai noodle was uncooked and hard, they were very stingy with the chicken portion as there was only 2 little pieces out of the whole pad Thai. The whole pad Thai portion was stingy in general. The price we paid for the pad Thai was definitely not worth $22 and we did try to call the waiter and she was ignorant towards us. When we went to pay after being unsatisfied with our experience, we gave the lady feedback which she responded to, “You should have told us the noodle was uncooked so we could remake the food for you” while she was shrugging. I paid and my daughter and I were very unhappy and unsatisfied. I went back to get a receipt for the food and asked if I could get the name of the waiter I spoke to and the owner’s email so I could provide my feedback with my experience today and she rudely said no. The bigger lady who advised us she was the manager took out the $22 dollars I paid for the dish and rudely put it on the counter for me to take back and said if we’re not happy don’t come back. She rudely consistently said bye and the chefs were saying bye to us as well. 4 years ago, this place was incredible and the food was amazing. One thing that hasn’t changed overall with the experience of coming to the restaurant is the staff’s attitude and the way they act towards customers. They have always been arrogant and very miserable with their unprofessional service. Never...
Read moreThe food was good, small portion compare to the high price but the taste was really good. I will never go again because the staff on the floor except one of the ladies was very rude, since the minute she gave us the table everything started wrong, she was discussing with one of us about one door, and then she came and drop the menus on the table like no one was there, later she came to the table and asked ready to order and start moving her head like a when someone wants to fight, after that a stand up and when to the Counter and asked someone else to serve me, and the lady start saying yes yes someone else will serve you and then start talking in her own language with the rest of the staff which I found really rude. Then the other lady came to the table to take the order and I said to her she should not threat the customers like that and she was listened to me but not paying any attention, she did not even apologize for her colleague actitudes or said I will pass the message to my manager nothing. At the end my husband when to paid the bill and said the food was great and the lady did not even see to his eyes and did not said anything like thanks or good to hear. Really but customer service. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻. I did put 1 star because does not allowed me...
Read moreI have been going here for a while. The food is phenomenal but the service is terrible. One of the ladies ( apologies because I didn’t see a name badge - but the much larger one ) gives the bare minimum in terms of service. Whenever I’m ready to pay all she says is the amount in a very short tone then turns her back and walks away without saying a word. No hospitality, no interest or care for the customers whatsoever. She does this every single time she works and not just to myself. She very rudely refused to give me a jug of tap water to pour for myself. Insisting I can either purchase a $6 bottle of have it poured by a waiter if they happen to be near by. I asked if she could make an exception (as in the past I’ve sat there waiting for someone to pour me a jug and I was so thirsty that day.) All this time, she became quite aggressive and confrontational. She then told me no then walked away.
I understand if the standard practice is to pour someone their cup of water but to refuse someone to be able to pour their own is unnecessary and defeats the purpose of the hospitality - creates a negative experience for the customer. Not to mention to do so in a very rude manner.
( the rest of the staff...
