Our favourite Rashay’s to goto because of the kids play area. Overall Rashay’s is a fantastic place to have a good, solid meal with the family. Super family-friendly; balloons for the kids, free crayon set and colouring book, $10 kids meals ($5 during school holidays and free baby cino). The meals here are super tasty (180g steak, schnitzel and one of the best chips in Sydney - only next to Clem’s at Newtown), and all the meals are very well-priced too! Friendly service (although it can be hard to get someone’s attention; perhaps it is because the restaurant is so huge and staff rostering can be challenging during these unpredictable times), and $2 coffees any time of the day! However please note we didn’t have a good experience at the Top Ryde Rashay’s for coffee (the only franchise we didn’t have a good coffee experience; other places such as Darling Harbour, Tuggerah and Green Hills are all EXCEPTIONAL!). Top Ryde Rashay’s are petty with their coffee beans! We returned the coffee and got new ones but we shouldn’t have needed to ask in the first place if they made it right. Covid safe place to eat with being one of the first restaurants in the past 3+ months to have the complete sneeze guards! Good on you Rashay’s!

I had dinner at this restaurant 2 weeks ago and I was surprised by big the restaurant is however not many customers were dining in. The ladies' toilets were disgusting, so I advised our waitress that there was no soap and that the toilets were truly a mess, so I asked if it could get tended too. She advised me that she was aware of it and would address it with her manager. I was there for a birthday dinner with a large group of people, so we were there for a while. 1.5 hours later I returned to the bathroom and it still looked the same so I went directly to the manager and advised him that I informed the waitress of the disgusting state of the bathroom and he replied by telling me that he was aware of it however he had no time to go out to buy hand soap and that the bathroom will be deep cleaned at the end of the day. I told him that I had never asked for a deep clean. However, there should still be light cleaning throughout the night, along with replenishing essential items in the bathroom as hygeine is important and I'm sure Rashays wouldnt want their restauramts represented in that manner and the manager needs to plan these things and they should always have soap in stock rather than having to runout to buy some. Poor operational management. I will never return as there is no customer service and no pride or integrity in their restaurants and franchises

I recently dined at Rashays, and the overall culinary experience left a lasting impression. The chicken wings were a highlight, boasting tenderness and flavor that made for a delightful start to the meal. The cheesy garlic bread and cheesy balls exceeded expectations, delivering a deliciously cheesy punch. However, beef ribs priced at $40+ fell short of justifying their cost. While the portion was generous, the excessive amount of rib compared to meat left a bit to be desired (have tried lamb ribs before on Darling harbour which was tendery) On a brighter note, the Angus beef lasagne showcased a pleasing combination of flavors, and the chicken parmi was also a savory delight. The dessert selection, undoubtedly the pinnacle of the dining experience, offered a sweet conclusion. The date pudding and brownie with ice cream were exceptional, perfectly rounding off the meal on a high note. While beef ribs may not have fully lived up to their price, the overall variety and quality of the culinary offerings, particularly the stellar desserts, make Rashays a worthwhile dining destination.

We had very disappointing experience today to Top Ryde. We were attracted by the post in front of the store, kid eats free on Sundays. We sat down and asked that if kids eat free today, answer was yes. However, until we were paying the bills, we got told that only members can enjoy the offer and we had to be a member before paying bills. In addition, there are different prices between weekdays and weekends for many of the hot meals, you pay extra on weekends. There is also 10% surcharge on Sundays. We spent nearly $80 for two adults and one 4 years old. Although we misunderstood the offering, we would still enjoy the place if quality and service are worthwhile. Unfortunately , quality and service are not comparable to other restaurants which are at similar price.

WE GOT SERVED RAW CHICKEN I REPEAT RAWWWWW CHICKEN!!!! I took my kids to get some lunch, I ordered grilled chicken and chicken snitz. As the food arrived my son was already eating his food. I put a piece of chicken in my mouth i tasted the raw chicken 🤢 I then called the manager and showed him the food, the manger was so rude and said he was a chef for 5 years and that the chicken was well cooked “CHICKEN THAT IS PINK INSIDE IS NOT COOKED, well cooked chicken should be white.. he didn’t apologise as he should of. That evening my one year old son had episodes of 3 vomits and ended at the children’s hospital with food poisoning. I will be taking this further for what’s happened to my son. and from that time I lost my appetite….
