Your Authentic Spanish Chorizo is so disappointing because it taste nothing like Spanish Chorizo. I first purchase this product for a Spanish recipe however the taste from the chorizo was like a plain pork sausage. Again, just yesterday I cooked your chorizo in another Spanish dish and unfortunately the chorizo taste was entirely lacking. Please don't call the product authentic as it gives a bad experience to those that have never taste the wonderful favours from genuine Spanish Chorizo.
