Red Rooster Wentworthville — Restaurant in Sydney

Worst red rooster in Australia. No one there cares one bit about providing good fresh hot chicken / chips and customer service. They don't listen at the drive thru window Every time I ask why have I had to wait so long for the food I am always told ' it was the chips' . The chips haven't been cooked properly or been hot or seasoned from there EVER. So you would assume then the chicken would be hot..... NO They have had the chicken in a bag for 10 mins at least whilst you wait for the under cooked / under seasoned / cold chips. CHICKEN - !!!!! Where are you getting these things from. They are more like budgie size chickens. Please stop advertising these things as plump chickens... Crispy chicken cooked 5 years before you get there but still wait 19 mins for it. Always cold......surprise surprise.! Also seems like all the staff aren't interested, news flash work somewhere else. Put some pride in your service and your food.

It's not very hard to deliver hot juicy chicken and chips. It's only 2 things if anyone from management wants to count.

Whilst I end this on management, any time you try to make a comment about something wrong it's always thrown back in your face as if it's the customers fault and then the attitude starts from the cashier at the front to the cook to Reg standing there , to the boss on the phone at the back looking but not doing anything.

Last time I went inside the only person who was wearing appropriate PPE for this type of workplace was one guy who IRONICALLY was the one who was using the same gloves to put the chicken in the deep fryer (RAW) and then touch the cooked chicken. There was a young girl cooking at the deep fryer with no hair net or gloves. let's not forget their mothers day meetings every time they take an order. They all act as if it's the end of the world because you want some Hot , Juicy , fresh Chicken........

This store was one of the worst Red Rooster stores I've ever been to. My friend and I stood at the service counter for a good 5 minutes while 2 male employees were within eye shot, talking and moving boxes from the floor to the corner. Not once did they acknowledge us, even though one in particular kept glancing at us. In the end, I actually YELLED out, "Is anyone actually working here?" !!!

One of the two Indian men who had been ignoring us pulled a young girl off drive-through (which was very busy) to serve us. She was helpful and lovely.

THE TOILET 🚻 🤮🤢 I have never seen anything so disgusting at a restaurant in my life. If I wasn't in a rush, I'd have called the Health Department! This toilet had not been cleaned inside or out in days. There was urine on the seat, under the seat, on the lid, floor - EVERYWHERE!! As I was rather desperate, I got wads of toilet paper and soaked them in hand soap, and cleaned the seat and under the lid - thoroughly. Lifting the lid was even a worse option if you could imagine what I saw 🤮 Once the toilet was cleaned to usable condition and I scrubbed myself raw, I called my partner over to stand at the door outside because I could not close the cubicle inside as it was just putrid!!! As I was telling him how I'd never seen anything so disgusting and how I'd had to clean the toilet to use it, one of the Indian men from inside the kitchen, walked past and heard. He did not say anything, but within minutes, the young girl had been pulled off drive through and service to clean the toilet. I truly felt...

Worst service imaginable .. 2 cars ahead of us in the drive thru . Got to the speaker and waited for 10 minutes with an ever increasing gap to the car unfortunate enough to be ahead of us . Finally someone decided they felt like taking our order .. Got to the window paid and had our order read back to us 2 large ripper roll combos and cheesy nuggets - which was wrong but I corrected it to chicken nuggets ..

Then spent another 15 minutes sat at the window watching the staff inside , chatting to each other seemingly having a great time .. At one point the girl with the headset on and a teenage boy working there both walked outside in front of my car (still waiting) laughing and chatting with a commodore parked in the parking lot .. Came back inside and finally brought me a bag of food .. I asked can I have the drinks I ordered ? She said what drinks did you order ?? Not surprised she’d forgotten we’d been sat at the window for a good 20 minutes - told her 2 sprites , was given two cans of sprite .. Informed her we’d ordered a large meal , gave me two bottles , started to drive away and my daughter told me they’ve given us small chips .. Parked the car in the car park , walked inside ..

Said excuse me all the staff were chatting amongst themselves in the kitchen , heard me but ignored me .. So I said excuse me again slightly more forcefully .. Informed her I ordered a large meal and was given small chips .. Was told I was only charged for a small meal - yeah right !!

Appalling service , food was also cold and inedible - eat here at your...
