Updated review after renovation

Since renovation, there's not much to say other than the top up deals having been improved (no more of the $50+15 top up having the same value as the $100+30 top up) and the introduction of the pool tables and bowling seems cool. However, the machines they have kept are still in the same condition as before. The Wangan 6RR cabs are still in poor condition that I would recommend going to Funland on Mondays to play if you can. MT3DX+ has been reduced to 2 non-functional cabs and still only one rhythm game, being In The Groove 3 that's in unplayable condition after playing two songs.

I guess its fine for your regular family outings. There's a bit more variety of activities to choose from in Bankstown for the school holidays. Getting Initial D The Arcade is out of the question, would like to see ITG3 converted to a more modern dance machine, maybe have Taiko no Tatsujin and bring back some good obscure classic games like Battle Gear 4.

15/3/2024: I came in for the 1 hour of free play and since they couldn't afford to include the MT cabs i instead used it to play some other games instead. Some of the games there were in moderate condition or near unplayable. E.g. the Indiana Jones game's projector was dark, the In The Groove cab requires you to stomp the pads which can result with sore calves after one game, some buttons on Speed of Light are broken that it won't register your inputs, and Terminator feels like an unplayable light shooter game given the framerates and gameplay and best to be sold off for something else.

9/7/2024: up until now.... the MT machines are still the same...

8pm booking on a Friday for Karaoke, empty place. It’s my birthday so just my best friend and I looking for some local karaoke, which I thought was awesome just being in Bankstown. We got into room 11 with our cruisers and there was Asian music playing, after a squiz at the touch screen there were no English songs? Crazy to me that the staff really thought we had no expectation for English songs lol we called them back in and she offered an aux cord? No, Miss, this is Karaoke with words, we had hoped? Also mentioning their website specifically states they have “the latest hits” when the staff said “no, we don’t, we haven’t updated the music for over 3 years” I advised we had really wanted to do karaoke and was told “there are heaps of karaoke places in Bankstown” and “I will give you a refund” 1. We didn’t even ask or decide to leave yet but we were pretty much ushered out the door with our cruisers. Extremely disappointing, I felt scammed almost. Please update your website to reflect the selection offered....

review based on replay hosting @YG after party lastnight. What an absolute disaster of a night. First and foremost, the packed pool tables, stacked chairs and tables hidden behind a ‘wall barrier/divider’ clearly visible to guests of the venue. Secondly, the DJ playing through the same playlist 4 times.. literally a repeat of every song x4…. And to top that, the speaker system cutting in and out ALL night…. But it doesn’t end there… how do they not fix the speaker issue for when the main event arrives … YG comes and goes to his backstage area, just for an altercation to occur (someone gets dragged and walked out from YGs section that is completely blocked off from the venue) and then he comes out performed 3 of his feature songs and gets the fk out of there… 😂😂 Replay Bankstown y’all need...
