Food is good, workers are nice. Was ordering at about 4:15pm for takeaway. The employee had our food ready at 4:35, but forgot one thing and went back to make it. I grabbed the food she did have ready to sat back down to wait because she handed back the buzzer. After putting the food (in a takeaway bag) on the table and sitting down, this older white man comes out looking like he’s setting up to clean the dine in area (we’re sitting in the dining area becasue we’re waited for the food that was forgotten, and the employee told us to wait in the dining area) and this older man rudely says “dining closed at 4:30 you got takeaway what are you doing here” in an awfully rude tone. We are not aware that dining is closed at 4:30, and we couldn’t clearly see a sign that said so. We just said “okay” because we aren’t dining as we got if that wasn’t obvious to him. He bantered on about some other random things in a rude tone. All we said was how rude he was about the situation. He did not take a second to say anything before just abruptly being rude to customers. We asked the employee who he was and she tells us that it’s the owners husband. As we walked away he’s still bantering in his rude childish tone. Awful treatment. Whoever the owner is should rethink her marriage. The young girl serving us was kind but embarrassed of the...

The old man “owner’s husband” was extremely rude. We ordered about 5 different dishes for takeaway. Sat and waited patiently. When the buzzer went off we went to collect the order, then the young girl realised that one order was missing handed back our buzzer and asked us to sit and wait. So we did with our bag. At which point, the old man said abruptly “dining is finished I have to clean” and I said excuse me? He repeated you have takeaway and dining finished at 4:30pm… (it was 4:32pm) what are you doing here? I said who is dining? I’m waiting for the rest of my order. The young girls are embarrassed of your behaviour and as a local small business owner too, I’m genuinely appalled at your customer service skills. I’m a regular customer who spends in excess of $100 with each order. That would be...
