ALL THE ATTENDANTS ARE RUDE! They only look after their "own" people. They should be given proper training on how to deal and communicate with people. Look - I bought a schooner of beer and my glass was still half full when I decided to go to the toilet quickly and when I came back, my half-filled glass of beer was gone! I spoke to one of the ladies (who could hardly speak in English) and I asked her, "Where's my beer? I left it just here [referring to one of the gaming machines wherein I still had a credit of $19.00]." She went, "I took it... (and mumbled some words that only she was able to understand)." And then she disappeared. Five minutes later another lady came to me and she went, "I WAS THE ONE WHO TOOK YOUR BEER AWAY!" I asked, "But why did you take my glass of beer away?" She replied, "BECAUSE YOU'VE BEEN AWAY FOR OVER TEN MINUTES!" Ohhhhh Jeeeeeeezzzzzzzzzzz I replied, "I was only away for two minutes - to empty my bladder! Not ten minutes! Not even five minutes! You can check the camera and let's watch together!" She went, "NO, SIR! YOU WERE AWAY FOR TEN MINUTES AND LONGER!" I didn't want to argue no more so I just left the premises in total disgust. The bottom line was: I was just waiting for her to say, "I'm Sorry. Let me grab you another beer..." or with mere 2 words, "MY APOLOGIES" - that could have ended my frustration amicably but she looked at me as if I just did a horrible crime by leaving my beer on the side of the gaming machine - like, IT WAS ALL MY FAULT. Read moreOkay, let me review of my yesterday experience at Seahorse bar. How staffs treat you there? Me and one of my friend we were there last night to have beer and have gambling but because of high peoples attended we couldn't get chance to play. We were standing at the side and watching the gambling. One girl staff came there with food and she start asking food only the one who was playing the game. We were just behing the guy who was playing but she ignored us and moved to the another guy who was playing. That's the customer service and hospitality there.
This time we got chance to play and my friend was playing the game and i was standing just behind him. Again tje next girl staff came with 2-3 cups of chicken wings. I supposed to take 2 cups , one for my friend and one for me. The funny part was here that she told me i can't eat. I asked her but why? She replied me there was lots of customer's we don't used to give food who was standing and looking. 🤣😂. She embarresed me, i was trying to look manager to tell everythings about them but i haven't find manager on spot. I am not complaining for everyone but some staffs really need to learn how to treat good with customers and behave them equal either they are playing or they are standing. On December 7th, at approximately 1:30 AM, we approached the establishment to inquire if the kitchen was open. The security guard confirmed it was and asked if we were planning to have food, drinks, or both. When we replied that we intended to have both, he abruptly denied us entry without providing a valid reason.
We then said we would only order drinks, but he changed his stance again and refused to let us in. When we politely asked for an explanation, the guard became hostile, told us not to ask further questions, and attempted to physically intimidate us. Feeling unsafe, we left the premises.
This behavior was not only unprofessional but also highly inappropriate. As customers, we did nothing to provoke such treatment, and we were simply there to enjoy a meal. It is unacceptable for a security guard to act in this manner, creating an environment of hostility and fear.
I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and ensure the individual responsible is held accountable. This type of behavior reflects poorly on the establishment and should not be tolerated.
