"No manager, supervisor or staff shall play gaming machines in the club at any time, either on or off duty" and yet the club's security officer (a tall middle-aged smoker guy who is on duty at night time until past midnight) plays the machine whilst on duty. Not only that he plays the gaming machines, he collects "leftover" (unattended) credits and either would pocket the monies or use them to play the pokies. He should either be reprimanded or be sacked. Many venues have policies that do not allow their employees to gamble onsite at any time. For some venues it is so that the integrity of the gambling product is kept intact (such as preventing accusations that the venue is rigging machines when a staff member wins a major jackpot) or to deter staff members from developing a problem of their own...

Who do I complain too about the manager tonight? I came in around 7:30pm tonight (September 21st, 2024), hadn’t had a drink and he reluctantly served me after an interrogation. Seemed offended by my hearing problem? Then cut me off after 4 hours and 4 beers. Despite the fact I was sitting there quietly, watch the football and on my phone? Meanwhile a “regular” older bloke was stumbling around being a menace… I feel belittled and frankly offended. Went over to Lidcombe hotel for much better service and more reasonable management even if they are a little bit pricier. New to the area but know where I’ll be going to watch the footy...

Terrible customer service, workers were very rude and would honestly never go back there. Walked in had our ID’s checked, then walking through 3 steps into the gaming area we got our IDs checked again, a friend spoke in Vietnamese out of frustration of getting our ID’s checked 5 seconds prior, the worker who was checking our ID who is supposedly the manager, started being rude to us asking us what we were saying and acting as if we weren’t allowed to speak our own language to each other in the venue.
