Creamy salmon pasta - VERY mild flavour… the more bites, the more it basically just tasted like plain cream… only worth the $28 for the quantity. Honestly there is better pasta at Yellow Day which is walking distance from this place so I recommend to go there for pasta instead. I also only realised after I started eating that there was a pink lipstick (?) mark on the rim of my plate which was very off putting… definitely not from myself, not sure where it was from. I ended up eating only half my pasta unfortunately. The Mac & cheese fried chicken dish was alright, flavour was there for all components so if it’s something you’re craving then go for it. They do sell the cakes we like which is why we went here in the first place. Perhaps their other dishes are better.

We live locally and have been keeping an eye out on this place since it was renovating. Its an absolute hidden gem. They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a great variety of cafe classics. The decor is nice and sleek and very spacious, spanning over 2 whole levels so it would be great if they think about catering for functions in the future. The food is great and we popped in to try the full menu thats up now. We had the baked eggs and their big brekkie. The servings were generous and prices reasonable. The flavours were surprisingly very delicious and we'd definitely go again. They also have a range of beautiful cakes and tarts on display, which we're keen to try next time. They are super convenient right across the road from Lidcombe station.

A simple cafe located directly opposite Lidcombe station on the Railway Street side that offers more than just the quick commuters coffee fix for the day. Inside is a cosy cafe with a large seating area upstairs. The owners are lovely and take great pride in both their coffee and extensive brunch menu which has many delicious options to try. The menu is very contemporary and offers a variety of meals for all diets. Personally, the Baked Eggs are one of the best Ive had from a cafe and i also highly recommend the Mushrooms on Toast. Bunker 64 stands out in Lidcombe as it offers what very few cafes in the area offer which is a delicious home cooked meal with good coffee and good service in a comfortable environment

I’m leaving a review due to the horrible experience I had this morning while getting a coffee and pastry from this cafe for the first time. I ordered an iced long black with only one shot of coffee. I took one sip and realised they must have put in a shot of sugar instead of coffee and returned to remedy the small mistake. The young barista lady was lovely and began making me a new coffee but the Korean serving lady turned to the customer she served before me and loudly exclaimed to her “she said one shot of sugar!! You heard her too right!?”. I was stunned at her rude and disrespectful manner. The incident was due to a simple miscommunication and she ruined my good morning before work. I didn’t want to reciprocate her juvenile behaviour so I simply left after getting my new coffee. Will not be...
