Rushcutters Bay Kiosk — Restaurant in Sydney

The food and service are OK but this Cafe is in Australia so why oh why are they selling French English Breakfast tea.

I'm sure none of the staff are tea drinkers but I bet they wouldn't serve Chinese Instant coffee.

Here's a tip - tea in Australia follows the British tradition of serving strong black tea made with boiling water with cold milk - whereas the French serve lukewarm weak tea without milk.

Also if you're paying for tea in a cafe you expect it to be leaf tea not just a tea bag with some powdered tea scrapings.

First visited for early morning coffee a week ago while walking my puppy. Best coffee for miles. My first stop every morning. Have gone back nearly every day with my friend for brunch. The food is excellent and well priced given the fabulous location. Staff are very friendly and obliging. They know my name and always greet me with a smile. Given the volume of people who visit each day it makes you feel a little special. They are also pet friendly. Have also purchased a selection of cakes which we took back to the hotel.
