Spending a bit of time at CYCA and RANSA, I’ve dropped into The Flybridge CafĂ© more times than I can count. Most visits, I’m heading out for a sail—so it’s usually a quick bite scoffed down or packed to-go without much thought. But this time, I figured it was finally worth giving this great little spot the credit it deserves. Over the years I’ve had the beef burger, wraps, chips, coffee—you name it—and it’s always been reliably good. Fresh, quick, and exactly what you need before getting out on the water. This visit I had the chicken Caesar salad and actually had time to sit and enjoy it. It was one of those perfect Sydney winter days—blue skies, a light breeze, and some very nice yachts bobbing nearby to remind you what to aim for in life. The Caesar came out looking great. Super fresh salad, and the chargrilled chicken had this beautiful smoky flavour that really stood out. I can’t recall seeing any croutons or anchovies—would’ve been a bonus—but still a solid 10/10 for flavour and freshness. The staff are always upbeat and welcoming, which adds to the vibe. I’ll definitely be back—again and again.

Hate to be this person to write a one star review , but wow, come on. I actually laughed at this steak sandwich. The 2 bits of onion HAHAHA unbelievable. By the way, the meat very dry. I’d genuinely love to know the reason for choosing to make the sandwich like this. Please reply Flybridge cafe. I’ll take this review down if you can explain

So where should I start , Affogato came like latte with little to no ice cream , by the time it reached me it became lukewarm latte Cappuccino had just the froth Omlette was all watery, the toast that came with it was cold and the toast was the corner crusts .. when we asked to change the toast they said they are out of sourdough Eggs benedict had bacon which was undercooked , also poached eggs were like literally boiled eggs Grilled chicken salad’s chicken was cold as well..

So basically it was worst brunch we did , I think the rating is just...
