I ordered several items of which one was vegetarian pho, for delivery. I called ahead to confirm my order, the employee on the phone read out my order number and details, name, and every item I ordered. Somehow, I still recieved chicken pho.

I do not eat meat so this item was completely wasted. I called to report the mistake, and the employee on the phone (same person) didn't even offer an apology.

We ordered tofu vermicelli salad, which was a decent portion size for the price, but was flavourless without the fish sauce - which was a very mild flavour and very salty. Considering my incorrect order with the chicken, I am not even sure this was vegan fish sauce. There was also very little tofu compared to the photo and a whole lot of lettuce, and no chilli in the fish sauce.

The rice paper rolls were also completely flavourless without the dipping sauce, which was ok. And there wasn't much considering the price.

I was looking forward to these meals but was unfrotunately left very...

Ordered three things; the Vermicelli bowl, the Pho bo, and the Bhan Mi. Also viet coffees.

None of them were any good, they weren't bad exactly, just less than your average and prices didn't reflect correctly.

The Pho had no umami, and was oddly sweet. The Bhan mi was soft not crunchy. The vermicelli was the best of the 3 and I have nothing good to say about it.

The viet coffee was bitter but without the great viet coffee aromas, I was very disappointed.

$12 for a 'large' Pho that turned out smaller than what can be gotten down the road.

Positives; the staff were friendly, and polite. It's unfortunate the recipes used...

Ordered regular beef pho. A girl took my order with her mouth full of food hence can see food in her mouth when she talks (disgusting) Take we're dusty and sticky. My pho came and I asked for more chillies because there were only 4 thin slices in my bowl and they were capsicum. Anyway she replied "we have no more chillies " The broth was watery and full if msg. There were in 6 slices of beef and very very very little herbs and bean sprouts, no lemon. I am originally born in Vietnam and pho is my favourite. I am disgusted with their pho. I can put up with rude services but not with disgusting pho saigon summer in...

I think there is potential in this place! They do rice vermicelli, pho, rice paper rolls and banh mi - in convenient ready to takeaway form. However we ordered the tofu pho and pork sausage (nem nuong) rice vermicelli and we thought both dishes could do with much stronger flavours. The nem nuong perhaps more garlic and seasonings and more flavour in the pho broth. Also, given the concern over single use plastics (it’s good they use paper straws!) I thought it was wasteful to use plastic takeaway sauce containers when dining in. Happy to give it another chance if the above changes.

I ordered the chicken pho noodle soup and the prawn and pork rice paper rolls yesterday via Uber Eats. It was my first time ordering here and it was delicious! The soup was also very well packaged so when it arrived to the house it was still warm and nothing spilt. Clinged wrapped so tight. Thank you. The flavour of the soup and the portion was great too! And plenty of chicken. Being sick this soup just hit the right spot. Thank you so much! It’s so good I’m ordering the same again today for lunch! Waiting for my Uber eats delivery in 25 mins. Thank you team!
