Please read the other low reviews before you take any time to read this review. I wouldn't make my dog eat the food from here, total lack of customer service skills and food quality to match. We ordered a couple of pizzas, a meat feast and a supreme. I was unhappy to discover that the meat feast does not contain beef, although the menu quite clearly says pepperoni, beef, cabanossi and ham. When we contacted them to mention this, their response was 'the kitchen was busy, and maybe the chef didn't have enough beef, but we should appreciate the fact that we didn't get charged a public holiday surcharge'. At that point I believe it wasn't worth even continuing with the fact that the base was too doughy, the tomato tasted rancid and the ham was almost certainly out of date. The pizza was the worst I have tasted in a very long time. The supreme was pretty much the same, rancid tomato base, bad ham and doughy undercooked base. Both were thrown in the bin. The management are obviously making up for lost profits from covid season by saving time on cooking and saving cost on wasted foods. Keep them one more day and people won't notice. Except they will if you don't cook it properly and you forget to mention that you've run out of beef when ordering a pizza containing beef. This is one pizza shop I will recommend everybody stays away from. Domino's worst day is better than this places best. I generally try to avoid bad reviews but the response from our complaint led to this, had they been a little more customer focused, then this could have been avoided. I hope the management reads this as I'm sure this is not what they...
Read moreUsed the Groupon Deal here, the service was very lacklustre and the seafood pasta was a disappointment (one calamari ring, 2 clams and 3 soggy prawns in a pool of marinara sauce). The two highlights of the night were the herb bread (which isn't that hard to get right) and the pizza, it's base was fluffy and light, and the cheese was quite stringy with an acceptable amount of toppings. Yet the desserts were sickening, and the drinks weren't cold. Both my friend and I did not end up finishing, the tiramisu being a letdown to say the least (it had definitely been left in the refrigerator for far too long with the cream solidfying) and the ricotta cake making me feel quite sick.
As we were leaving, the two waitstaff seemed to be struggling with serving three tables, prioritisng the food delivery orders over those who were in store. In the end, both the Menulog and the Google Reviews show the quality of both the service and the food here. If you do, the pizza is the only thing I could endorse safely and even then there are better options in the immediate area for dinner (including Dominos in Gymea, and that's...
Read moreAbsolutely disgusting. Ordered on uber eats tonight and is hands down the worst food we've had in a loooong time! The tiramisu was in with all the hot items and pretty much disintegrated (see photos for how it looked when it arrived). The chips were closed tight in a plastic container, so were obviously soggy and inedible. The kids chicken and chips were dry and tasteless, the chicken definitely tasted like it was frozen, not fresh. The two pasta dishes were bland, dry and super hot in temperature, an obvious sign that it was pre-cooked and just blasted in the microwave to be sent out. There were only 3 small meatballs, and a tiny amount of chicken in the 2 pasta dishes. . The garlic bread was the best part, but you csn get better by heating up garlic bread from the supermarket. The fact that they are ok charging people money for completely inedible food is shocking! They should be ashamed of themselves. We might as well have flushed over $100 down the toilet. I'm sure that's where whatever little we did eat will end up going later tonight. Do yourself a favour...
