Honestly the food here can be a hit or miss, I’ve personally had it when it’s sometimes been great and I’ve also had it when it’s been absolutely horrible and I’ve needed a refund. The food itself that I’ve received before has been quiet delish.. but again it depends I’ve order fried rice a few times and there’s been times where there’s more fat then beef.. so I wish they would add more beef as you pay quiet a lot in the beginning.. I’ve. Also tried the honey chicken & it just taste really off putting kind of like soap but I couldn’t tell with them.. Read moreFood: I’m a sucker for a 肉夹馍 (roujiamo, meat sandwiched between bread) and while it looked dry, it was super crispy, not dry, and the stewed pork was really flavourful and juicy. I opted to try the 臊子汤面 (saozi tang mian, a sour spicy noodle soup) and it’s nicely sour, spicy, flavourful meat, good QQ chewy noodles (though some are thicker, chewier, and some are thinner, less chewy, feels very “home style”). Next time definitely going for a 羊肉泡馍 (yangrou pao mo, lamb soup with bread pieces) and next-next time a 羊肉拌面 (yangrou banmian, mixed lamb and noodles), the latter seemed a popular order. 15/20
Service: I was treated kindly, the food arrived quickly, so at least the service can be good, some other reviews said it was bad, but I found them to all be quite nice. 14/20

Update: been there two weeks ago and tried the cumin beef rice and found out that they premade the food and heat it up with microwave, tried the beef sour noodle soup and found out that soup base has completely changed to some weird taste, tried the pork & black fungus fried with egg, the pork was as hard as a rock. Will never go again as it’s chinese business cycle has gone ‘mature’.
