I've been coming here since it was called Miranae, so it's been a few years now, and I’ve never been disappointed. As a Korean, I have very high standards when it comes to Korean bunsik-style food, but this place consistently delivers — both in authenticity and flavour. The tteokbokki, fried assortment, and kimbap are all immaculate, and the portion sizes are generous. The standout is definitely the tteokbokki — it includes a variety of rice and wheat cakes, which you don’t often see elsewhere, adding a really interesting mix of textures and flavours. The couple who run the place are always warm and friendly, which just adds to the overall great experience. Highly recommend!

Delicious, cheap and fast 😋 Their kimbap is very nice and freshly made and they have lots of variety in the options for filling. If you're into Korean food at all, this shop is a great place to sit down for a small bite at lunch time, or whenever you're craving a snack. It's a nice convenient location right next to the train station so it's easily accessible and has a very classic corner store vibe. The snacks there won't completely blow you away, but it helps fill you up and satisfy you whenever you start itching for some ddeokbokki or stew!

Had their set menu C (kimbap, tteokbokki/ rice cakes, a basket of fried fritters, and a drink) for $33. We upgraded the kimbap to the pork schnitzel kimbap. Rice cakes were chewy, generous portion of fish cakes and sauce was delicious - just the right sweetness and spicy level. The fried fritters (sweet potato, squid, prawn, dumpling and seaweed noodle) were all freshly fried and have great textures. Kimbap was also nice - generous filling - I love the addition of mint in them. Service was very friendly. Recommended!
