This store has the most disrespectful and unhelpful staff!! Today I wanted to scan my loyalty card on Stocard app which creates digital copies of your cards. So I have the barcode on that app and I use it for Woolworths, Coles, Typo, Chai time, Sumosalad etc and I have never had trouble like I had here. At this store, they say they canāt accept that barcode. I didnāt understand the reason and they donāt make any explanation. I didnāt like the way they talk to a customer just ignoring and not caring about how a customer feels. The way you treat your customer it is absolutely unacceptable. banging product in front of the customer. Not even willing to say the words ā any topping? ā just hand sign. Impatiently waiting customer to complete their choice on menu. I was smiling to her until she putting bad attitude on me. If she doesnāt want to smile, please wear mask to prevent other customer feeling uncomfortable with your service.
