I love coming here, been here so many times but the last 2 times were bad customer service. I would have given this a 5 and I'm not going to give a 1 just cause out of 20 times or so I've been there I only had 2 bad experience. The first bad service wasn't even their fault and I understood the problems, (I work in hospitality so I get it). The last service though, it was just awful, it was a game of orgins playing on the night. Me, few friends and a few couples spread around area just all having a normal night. Not sure who approved this but a bunch of friends of the owner or manager or someone came in, asking for the tv to put up loud as hell so me and my friends had to yell at each other so we could talked and the couples around us were not pleased as well. We asked about the volume to the wait staff but nothing ever happened and we kept being ignored just cause whoever's friends were there had to be served first. If this was a pub, then that's fine. But a Tuesday night when most people wanted to just have a relaxing night, we got a loud tv, a loud group, being ignored over the same loud group. We didn't even finished our shisha and just left. Lucky the couples outside didn't have to experience the mess but the couples inside you can tell from their faces they wanted to hurry up and leave as well. Maybe this won't happen again cause like I said, I also work in hospitality and this just makes it look bad on the managers/owners. I get it, it's footy season. Wanna have your mates come down and relax while watching the game, but next time send them to the pub, wait until closing or tell them just keep the tv low and their tone. Not everyone is Australia cares...

Was recommended this place through a friend, but honestly felt almost like a burden to be served...

I've been in hospitality for many years, and while I understand times are tough, I am actually very annoyed at our experience.

The people serving here, (including the 'owner'), made my friends and I feel uncomfortable and as if we did not matter. We had to ask 4 times for table water and a bottle of prosecco took AGES to arrive when the restaurant wasn't even busy.

Even upon ordering a bottle of wine, another guest at our table recieved a cocktail within minutes, while our bottle took much longer... like much longer.

Asking for water again was met with "oh... you're not ordering dinner?", and when asking where the bathroom was, we were basically scoffed at while being hafhadazrdly pointed to the right direction.

Also, I get that this is a Shisha place, but like the table next to us was smoking cigarettes in venue which was weird.

I've had some rough dining experiences before, but this was probably the most uncomfortable I've been in a venue in years, and I HATED,spending my hard earned money here. Don't recommend.

Also, the shisha wasn't up to...

I recently visited shishabella and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, with beautifully designed interiors that create a perfect atmosphere for relaxation and socializing. The selection of shisha flavors is impressive, offering a variety of unique and traditional options that cater to all tastes.

The staff at shishaBella are incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that every customer feels welcome and well taken care of. The shisha is expertly prepared, with smooth, rich flavors and thick, satisfying smoke. They also provide frequent coal changes, which is a nice touch to keep the experience enjoyable.

The food menu is equally impressive, featuring a delicious range of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean dishes. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I highly recommend the mixed grill platter and the hummus – they were both outstanding.

Overall, shishaBella is a fantastic spot for a relaxing evening with friends. Whether you're there for the shisha, the food, or both, you're in for a treat. I can't...

The shisha is above average, and the Kibbeh Nayyeh was actually pretty darn good! I recommend you order that if you're there. The service..Well..It could push a 1 star out of 5. The staff seem to be a bit confused, and won't serve you unless you go up to the counter. I mean, is it table service, or not? I'm still not sure. You can ask questions about the food before you order, but that will likely confuse them even more. Forget about getting water for your table, or some fresh coal for the shisha. Also, there is a person (looks like just another customer) sitting next to the counter smoking shisha, who seems a bit uncomfortable/uneasy when you walk up to the counter. He jumped in to answer my questions about the food. I'm guessing he works there? Maybe he's the manager? Anyway, not a super good look honestly. Overall, service is inadequate, but shisha and food are pretty good. Would come back for that.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Shisha Bella is an absolute gem in Sydney. I go regularly with my good friend Corissa, and it’s become one of our favourite places. The service is always second to none… warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. The team knows us by name now, and they always go out of their way to make the experience special. The shisha is consistently fabulous, and we always ask one of the regular support team to make our signature mix, they know exactly how we like it. The food is also incredible every single time, and the atmosphere is just spot on. You feel like part of the family when you’re there. Highly recommend, it’s one of those rare places that gets everything right

Lovely atmosphere and with good Shisha for the inner west/city area. One of the few places that have indoor ventilation which allows for smoking indoors. Staff were attentive and pleasent to deal with. The menu is not too extensive for desserts, however it did have a nice drink selection. Only suggestion would be to have a better and more diverse music playlist. Otherwise, great place to hangout and relax outside of the traditional Shisha smoking suburbs in the western Sydney.
