On Sunday the 24th of April 2017 I went into your restaurant "Sienna Marina" at around 11:30 to have breakfast with my two friends
Once we had looked at the menu we placed our orders with our waiter. I ordered the "Sienna’s Veggie Breakie" and my friends ordered the "Sienna’s Big Breakie".
As we sipped on coffee, our orders arrived at the table, after about 15 minutes. I was given the exact same meal as my friends; the "Big Breakie" NOT the "veggie Breakie". I mentioned this to my server and he apologized and told me he would get me what I ordered
I waited another 5 minutes as my friends began to eat and another sever came out and handed me the EXACT same meal I did NOT order (the "Big Breakie" as opposed to the "Veggie Breakie"). I was rather annoyed at this point, I understand people make mistakes but I made it very clear to the first server that I did NOT order the "Big Breakie".
So I once again told the SECOND server that the "Big Breakie" was NOT what I ordered.
Ten minutes later another server came out and gave me the EXACT same meal (the "Big Breakie" as opposed to the "Veggie Breakie" which I had already pointed out TWICE). At this point I was extremely frustrated. I had been given the wrong meal now THREE times and hardly anyone had apologized, or even looked to rectify the situation.
Eventually after 3 times and about 25 minutes of extra waiting, I finally had my genuine order come to me. By this point the two extra eggs that I had ordered (these were left on my table after the first misorder) were cold and inedible.
Nevertheless I ate my meal, long after my two friends had finished theirs.
I then went to pay with my Eftpos card and turned to leave the "Sienna Marina".
I was only about 10 feet down the road when I realized that on my receipt I had been charged for THREE "Sienna’s Big Breakie's" along with my "Sienna’s Veggie Breakie".
I walked back into the "Sienna Marina" to complain. The manager hardly even looked at me as he handed me the cash and said a very harsh "sorry" as I left the restaurant.
The fact that even after I had received the wrong meal THREE times, I was charged an EXTRA meal that I NEVER ordered is extremely terrible customer service.

Read moreOver an hour wait to get my meal. When it came it was subpar at best. Bland and watery poached eggs, bland, unseasoned and almost rotten/brown avocado and a hash brown that tasted like fish because they probably haven’t changed their oil. I only came here because of a work meeting and definitely won’t be returning and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are far better restaurants in the area and are also much cheaper. $29 for a smashed avo and coffee. This place doesn’t even deserve 1/5.
EDIT:
Let me be more precise because you need to know every part of every reviewers order. I ordered a smashed avo with a hash brown (duh!) and extra poached eggs and a large vanilla latte. $29. If it’s supposed to be cheaper, please let me know and I’ll return for my refund.
I don’t need to complain to your face. You’re not entitled to anything and that’s the joys of google and Zomato reviews. Also by the sounds of your response you were clearly going to be less than civil about my feedback.
Well don’t call me a liar. My name isn’t on my google review account for obvious reasons and I would never upload a personal photo of myself as that’s just asking for trouble. If you’re talking about not uploading a photo of your food, don’t flatter yourself. Your unappealing food is not instagram worthy so why would I even bother taking a photo.
I rarely write bad reviews but in your case however, I was willing to make an exception and in saying that my review was only echoing the plethora of reviews before me saying the exact same thing. I recommend you should do something about it.
Also, I personally don’t care if my business will or won’t be missed, I just wanted to make sure that if anyone else wanted to read your reviews before dining here, that they were aware of what they were going to get for their $29 and the way you would treat your customers if they didn’t like your bland,...

The views over the water and the naval ships at Garden Island are amazing. The staff were very attentive and helpful with our group of ten people. The food came out quite quickly and was very tasteful. We came in the morning so we chose from the breakfast menu. I, personally had fried eggs on sourdough with extra hash browns (which were simple potato gems) and bacon 🥓. The bacon wasn’t cooked enough though. The eggs 🍳 and sourdough were delicious 😋. I also had an orange juice. This totalled $26.00. Pretty reasonable, considering the location. The cabinet showed a very impressive range of cakes. I would love to come back for lunch or dinner or both and try out the food then. The restaurant, unfortunately, is not wheelchair 🦽 accessible from what I could see. You have to go up a couple of steps to get to the front entrance. Also there’s no disabled toilets available and you have to go up a couple of steps to get into the ladies bathroom. Anyone with mobility issues would find this hard. The restaurant is designed very tastefully, creating a very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. I still enjoy my visit. I would come back for lunch and/or dinner....
