Art Gallery of NSW Members Lounge — Local services in Sydney

A beautiful space, but a poor experience. Majority of breakfast items were unavailable soon after opening time (yes, a busy time of year, but not ordering enough to cater for that?) ... the online food-ordering system takes too long to use ... then (according to staff) it had "another error", meaning half our order didn't arrive until we asked for it. I've heard similar from other recent visitors. If the processes worked better this would be a great place to visit ... I hope they get their...

The staff were friendly and helpful but the food was terrible. All pre-cooked and tasteless. So disappointing given it used to be a little haven from the main gallery where you could discuss the art with friends and enjoy great food. The food needs a total revamp. Please give consideration to this as we cannot go back in its current iteration. Have spoken to other friends of the gallery...

Open, sterile and uninviting. Just another way to extract $$, and it's not cheap either. No more complimentary tea or coffee for members. You would think that the least they could do for paying members is provide a welcoming relaxation space with serve yourself tea/coffee and biscuits. Much preferred the old members lounge, will not be patronising this...
