I liked the look of the place. I admire the cute photos on the wall, it represents the history of Sonoma. It’s spacious and the industrial combined with high ceiling added an illusion to make the place big. It has enough tables for smaller and larger groups. I don’t have pics but the layering of the displayed food were enticing - enticing enough to have thoughts in my mind that I want to buy them all! 😅 The staff were very attentive and had a smile on their faces, I love when people are smiling, they might seem very approachable and easy to deal with! 👏🏼 For the food, we forgot the name of our orders but my top 1 was the mini pizza with mushrooms, spinach, and cheese. Followed by the pretzel-like cheese, then the bun-like with almond. This bun tastes like the hotcross-bun from one of the bakeries here in Mascot 😅. The drinks were okay, nothing special. The hot choco though tastes like the Swiss Miss sachet. Overall, it was a fine brunch day and will defo go back here. P.s: Some items were a little bit pricey I think. I highly recommend that mini pizza hehehe

When I visited, there was only one person ahead of me in line, and I was served promptly with a friendly smile. However, the wait for two coffees was surprisingly long, as no one seemed to be working at the coffee station at the time. When our coffees arrived, I saw the espresso being poured from a milk jug rather than made fresh, which was disappointing. The milk was lukewarm, and the quality didn’t match expectations. The barista also didn’t seem particularly happy to be serving us, which contrasted with the warm service from the first staff member who took my order. The bakery itself has a cozy feel, though the ambiance is quite dark — a bit more lighting would make it more inviting. Pricing is reasonable for what they offer, but parking around this location is difficult to find, which may be inconvenient for some visitors. That said, I’m still keen to come back and try their pastries, which I’ve heard are worth the visit. With some improvements to coffee preparation and atmosphere, this could be a great spot.

I visited Sonoma today, eager to try out their renowned bread and perhaps enjoy a delightful cappuccino. However, my experience turned out to be rather mixed. Firstly, let's talk about the positives. The chicken sandwich I ordered was undeniably delicious, living up to the establishment's reputation for great food. However, my excitement was dampened by a couple of significant disappointments. Upon placing our order, there seemed to be some confusion with the staff member taking it, leading to a misunderstanding that resulted in a slight delay in receiving our food. Additionally, despite requesting hot cappuccinos, we were served cold coffee instead. This oversight was quite disappointing, as it detracted from the overall enjoyment of our visit. In summary, while the food at Sonoma lived up to expectations, the service left much to be desired. Hopefully, this feedback will help improve the experience for future customers.
