My kids always have the best time here. Anytime we spend only an hour here, the kids have to be forcibly removed kicking and screaming. 2 hours+ seems to be the trick! Have come here over the years and I love seeing them add new machines so my kids don't get too bored from coming here all the time. We also came here during Christmas last year and it was a nice touch for them handing out a gift to my daughter.
Feedback for Vitaland Management: I've been reading the feedback and love that the management are graciously taking it all in. I do feel sorry for them though because a lot of the bad feedback is to do with the customers misunderstanding i.e. coffee being redeemable with the entry fee and thinking the socks thing is just for money making purposes. I appreciate the socks policy as I don't like the idea of people's dirty shoes or sweaty bare feet where my toddler is crawling around. Socks makes sense so just make sure you bring them next time if you don't want to buy them. Some feedback I do agree with though is having better food options. Every time I go, we order just to fill our stomachs. But every time we visit Kidsday Cafe, we salivate over the food options! It offers proper restaurant quality Korean food so not only do the kids get to have fun, but the adults also get to enjoy their meals there. As someone who is lactose intolerant, it would also be nice to be able to get more drink options with your ticket. I was surprised that you have to add money to just get a tea as I thought that would be a lot cheaper to make. Or perhaps allow tickets to be stackable to purchase more expensive drinks? Also, the costumes are getting a bit ripped and dirty, and the air blowing machine for the balls hasn't been working the last 3 times...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTook 2 years old child to here, the child was running and fall over. I saw blood on the childās finger and couldnāt check where was the blood from. However, I went to front desk to ask for a tissue to check and stop the bleeding, the staff said to me, front dest does not have any tissue, If I need it, I need to go to cafe area by myself. Even I said to the staff that the child is having bleeding from somewhere. No one was helping me at the time, I felt that It really showing that staff does NOT know how to respond in medical situation! Very disappointed!
ļ¼I couldnāt find any reply button, so I reply it here to the owner)
Firstly, your staff offered me ābandageā NOT āmedical gauzeā, bandage does NOT absorb blood, and it also has the metal sharp part, so I have no idea why your staff offered the bandage, instead of running to the back counter to help. My child definitely wear socks at all times when he was in your playground. It even very slippery for an adult. ( probably I need to purchase higher quality socks in the future.) I do really wish you have checked your CCTV to trust your staff before you say I make the FALSE message. And I do really wish that your staff know the differences between bandage and medical gauze. But I highly appreciate the attitude of everyone from this playground was nice, and they came to me to ask what happened, and returned the ticket fee after I wrote the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent on Sunday morning, extremely busy inclusive a birthday celebration. Of course it is messy, uncleaned tables small venue and packed with people that is hard to move around. Baby change room is pretty clean and quiet. It is our first time to Vitaland and also kids playground cafe. Can't expect much but I felt it is understaff and can see the kitchen was overwhelmed with food can take up more than 30 mins. Sign did mentioned peak hours will expect delays when paying for the food at register. Staffs are too new to this business and can have a bit of language barrier. If you are there for an hour to play, peak time either takeaway the food or don't eat in the cafe as you will recharge as normal entrance ticket for another hour not as extension from what the staff told me. Crawlers will need to be very careful as older kids do take out shopping trolleys and cars out from their individual sections and drive them around the cafe which I presumed meant not to be. Crawlers again be mindful that you might constantly get bump or push by adults trying to chase after their own kids when it is peak time. Other than that, my little one did have a good exposure but as a lockdown baby can be overwhelmed for her especially on weekends. So might need to check in on weekdays and see whether it is safer...
