gosh the customer service is horrible!! i would say im a regular at soul origin broadway so i thought to give it a try at unsw. i know how my coffee would usually tastes like i ordered iced hazelnut latte with oat milk and add one strong shot coffee. guess what i got? oat milk with hazelnut syrup, it was obvious they got it wrong. I asked the lady that made the coffee (manager i think cause of her bossy attitude) i asked her if itâs really latte cause i would usually know how it looks like. the drink was pale white and it tastes like oat milk ONLY. she even rolled her eyes just because i asked her?? lol. and i went to the cashier and asked her what did she put in for my order, and she sighed as if I was the one that is burdening her. dude i paid nearly 10dollars for my coffee im gonna get my coffee not a stinky as oat milk with syrup. she took my coffee and i even told her i know how my coffee would look like cause i would always get the same exact thing at sould origin broadway. again she rolled her eyes and she came back with the âcoffeeâ and literally tried to make me feel bad by saying âwe add extra shot for you just for free, just for uâ DUDE U DID IT WRONG IN THE FIRST PLACE WHY WOULD U SAY U ADD IT FOR FREE?! YOU SHOULDâVE OBVSLY ADDED IT IN THE FIRST PLACE? do smthg about this and students have been saying the same thing, the lady should not have been a manager if she couldnât manage to make a drink, simple latte drink. hire a new manager and hire new staffs for UNSW soul origin, i promise it is worth it. canât u see how many low reviews u guys...
   Read moreOrdered a large Salad, got barely any meat in my salad and when I asked the thai girl with glasses named Pat or Pad instead of grabbing more meat, grabbed a huge bunch of greens extra. the amount of beef i got in my salad is dissapointing. Not only that after when asked what dressing, i asked for lemon, She gave me two options, couldnt understead what she was saying but I asked her many times to just put one of them on. But apparently I need to say the specific name of the dressing for her to actuall give me the salad, that I dont understand what she is saying, and im in a rush so I couldnt care less what dressing you use. Every other time before I just got told lemon was a dressing, so thats all I asked for. If youre gonna be a stubborn little Sh!t because of some dressing names, dont work. I shouldnt have to ask just put any dressing 5 times for me to get my food, and I dont understand how stingy you guys are. In total i got 3 pieces of beef in my salad. And 60% of my bowl is rocket leaf. Thank you guys very much.

   Read more20/11/23 (approx 9:30) Extremely poor and bad service. Not only ignored for a few minutes, mind you when itâs not even busy, but also laughed at for my preference in coffee sweetness. Mind your own business and do your job properly lady and if you canât be bothered to crack a little smile then at least just take the order and move on! More so when a customer asks you a question about one of your food products you should at least try and help out, instead of rolling your eyes and muttering under your breath. If you donât know the answer just let me know and no problem, but the attitude is so off-putting and belittiling. If I was the manager I would do something about this ASAP because this is not a good look and there surely are numerous suitable well-trained people out there better for the job. This is extremely disappointing as I am a staff member of the uni, who has been a regular at multiple Soul Origins throughout the years, and have never once had an issue like this. Itâs a shame I will now have to look elsewhere to get lunch where they actually value...
