I recently dined at Graphic Arts Club, and it was truly an exceptional culinary experience. The restaurant, nestled in Mascot, immediately captivated me with its charming ambiance and warm atmosphere.
For our main dishes, we indulged in a delightful array of flavors. The salmon was perfectly cooked, flaky, and seasoned to perfection, offering a taste of the ocean that left a lasting impression. The steak was a carnivore’s dream, cooked to the precise level of doneness we requested, and bursting with savory richness. The burger was a delightful surprise, showcasing a juicy patty with all the right toppings and a bun that held it all together flawlessly. Lastly, the calamari was a crispy and tender delight, paired with a dipping sauce that added an extra layer of flavor.
As if that wasn’t enough, the dessert degustation was the grand finale that truly stole the show. The crème brûlée was a creamy, caramelized masterpiece, while the churros were a delightful, cinnamon-sugar coated treat that transported us straight to Spain. The sticky date pudding was an explosion of sweetness and comfort, and the vanilla ice cream provided a refreshing contrast to the warm, rich flavors of the other desserts.
Throughout the meal, the attentive and knowledgeable staff at Graphic Arts club provided impeccable service, enhancing our dining experience.
In conclusion, graphic Arts Club is a hidden gem that offers an unforgettable dining adventure. Whether you’re craving seafood, steak, burgers, or a dessert extravaganza, this restaurant delivers exceptional quality and taste. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a remarkable...
Read morePre-booked table of 12 but was given the attitude by serving waiter/manager because we didn't pre-order even though this was never recommended or instructed during initial phone booking.
Due to last minute changes with our group after the fact, we got told off for not being able to fill the second table. Note these circumstances generally happen in large group settings but if we knew any earlier we would had advised accordingly.
Apparently he told us he had to move another group to the lounge bar section due to lack of seating however we pointed out half of the restaurant was empty. It so happened other smaller tables could had been pulled together as they weren't in use for another 2 hours. We would had been kind enough to offer up our spare table as well as help move it had he just asked us!
We apologised but pointed out this was our companies local go-to venue so will take note for future bookings.
As if that wasn't enough, the manager kept making rude comments almost borderline harrassment and kept raging on the same point.
This was the last straw so we ended up requesting for our refunds and cancelling our orders, never again to return to the GAC.
ARROGANT attitude and poor customer service, thanks to your serving manager we have passed on our experience and our company will start boycotting this place for any of our...
Read moreThis place is absolute horrendous for people skills and manners. Not allowed to stand at the bar in a family environment and order food, whether you’re ordering alcohol or not is irrelevant. They expected me to leave my 16 month old child on his own halfway across the premises while I order some food for myself, then I asked what I’m supposed to do and he tells me to take my baby to McDonalds. The absolute cheek of this man, maybe he dines his family to fast food junk but I certainly don’t, scumbag! The whole place and the older male staff are certainly something to be cautious of, they’re not trained to deal with customers or taught something called respect. Keep well clear of this terribly run so called family friendly dump!!! PS. Should vacuum your carpets,...
