Soy Noodle Bar — Restaurant in Sydney

that one star is for the food and food only the food deserves more stars but the service was terrible when i say terrible it is abuse leveled terrible okay so when we entered we went to the counter to order we were looking at the menu and the lady went on like ‘’what you want’ in a way that it made me feel scared to even look at the menu properly so i ordered the first thing that i saw(rice noodles) then she goes again with the absolute rude tone ‘have here or takeaway ‘ and i said having here please, paid and sat down our food came after some time and she assumed that we wanted fork for that, well i get that alot so it was okay but my noodles had chicken but i’m vegetarian the noodles on the menu said it comes with flat rice noodles and vegetables so ... i told them it has chicken but it’s not written on the menu she shouted at me saying i should have told them that i want vegetarian arent they supposed to ask me what i want when i first order if they have choice of chicken beef pork vegetables and someone ask them for rice noodles they are supposed to ask what choice they want before assuming something,not abuse the customer verbally saying i didn’t say anything when i ordered it would be okay if they had told me the same thing nicely but what’s with all the shouting dude i’m not your daughter that you can scream at me saying i didn’t do something i’m a customer and i paid to be there and eat your food then i said sorry i didn’t see that we had to make choice of that on menu but she didn’t care she was enjoying verbally abusing me she kept on and on (shouting angrily ) about me not telling her i want vegetables so do yourself a favor guys give this place a miss i don’t know how they are on business when customers are treated like that for god’s sake teach manners to your staffs it’s...

Quick, Delicious, Cheap and Friendly. Went here late on a Sunday night and were impressed with both the dishes and the service. The girl on the counter was very friendly and our order was ready in no time. There was a mistake with our order (ordered without nuts due to allergies.... the dish arrived with nuts) - but when the mistake was realised the staff were very apologetic and remedied the situation quickly. The staff were so rude to me and offered me a take away container asking me to leave the restaurant while i was eating. We walked in to the restaurant just before 9pm with out knowing the closing time. The restaurant still took the order and didn't let us know that they were closing and asked us to leave while we weee eating at 9:20pm. Don't go to this restaurant if you are expecting a good service...
