Subway Padstow — Restaurant in Sydney

it was barely ok before i could tolerate it but they have unwravelled they are deadset not fit to prep food this owner is a dodgy character let me tell you. I reckon if you clean the glass I can barely see the selection of toppings through the dried stains of food must of taken months to get as bad as this .staff look like they working 4 jobs unshaven unwashed slumped not interested .. food hygiene guys just the basics at least. But it's hard without management and a boss ready for 60 minutes. But the place needs someone who takes pride and is embarrassed to serve in these conditions... no good working 4 Jobs when you risk the safety of others...

Came in with my group who I'm supporting with disabilities and was faced with rude and incompetent staff. I was helping one of my ladies in choosing her bread, when one one the ladies started cutting a footlong didn't even order. I tried explaining that I need to go through all the types and told the ladies we weren't ready to order, but they were not listening.

We walked out immediately feeling very disrespected and miss the people who used to be there.....they knew my group very well.

These ladies need to brush up on their customer service skills and...

Possibly the worst I’ve eaten. The “sandwich artist” tore the bread when cutting it, instead of trying again on a fresh sub, she pieced it back together and moved along. The cheese was placed randomly and didn’t cover the entire sub. I mean they’re triangles, it’s not rocket science. The four misshapen pieces of tomato randomly thrown in continued the trend, and I was presented this disaster of a sandwich by a completely disinterested and monotone staff member.
