Subway — Restaurant in Sydney

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! If I could give negative stars I would! Absolutely disgusting behaviour. We received meatballs that were hard as rocks, hot sauce on a sub that had specifically asked for that sauce not to be added and cold food after asking for it to be toasted. We called the store and complained, the person who answered said they could remake them and we go and pick them up. We said no, we don’t want to get food from there ever again. Ended up having the manager call back and say that the best they could do was offer 3 free foot longs. Went in to get said foot longs and was told that they would not do that and that we were lying. The manager said they went over the cameras and saw nothing wrong with how the sub was made. Spoke to my partner with such lack of respect that they should not be working hospitality. They implied that we were liars because we didn’t bring back the food straight away when our initial order was placed around 7:30 and they close at 9. The are one of the poorer Subways I have been. Customer service isn't as good as many others and after eating there daily for months the staff appear to have no recognition of returning customers or daily orders. Food quality does not seem to be as nice as other Subways either, the wraps at the store have always been an issue and normally you have to resort to ordering a sub as they often do not have wraps or struggle to make them properly. I asked the man who made my subway to put 🥑 avocado on my sub, which he decided to skip putting the avo on but still charge me for it. Then on top of that when it came time to pay, he short changed me, he had a strange demeanor about him as if he made all these "mistakes" on purpose. Before my bad experience there I had a girlfriend tell me she's been there a few times and the man who served her usually short changes her too. So i give this subway 1 star due to the terrible...
