Custom cafe — Restaurant in Sydney

Ordered breakfast from custom cafe with a burger and a breakfast wrap both with no bacon (due to religious reasons) and I made sure to write the request in the comments under each item separately so that it was clear. When I received my order my partners burger was fine with no bacon, but after 2 bites of my wrap I accidentally took a big bite of a strip of bacon without realising and SWALLOWED IT! When I looked back at the wrap I realised what I ate and called the store, but the manager just argued that he didn’t see the second request for no bacon, and made no effort to fix the issue then blocked me. This cafe is a gem! I had to organise large orders for both breakfast and lunch and I was able to text the orders through then swing by and pick them up. The food was absolutely delicious - everyone enjoyed their meals and had asked about the cafe. If i'm ever in the area for work or leisure again, I know where we will be going for lunch

PS. The thai bowls and the philly cheese steak are a must try.....! I wish we took photos before...

Barely Okay 🫤 . It's an American style dinner . All American food ( not even the classy kind ~ don't mean it in a mean way ) .
