Sumo Salad — Restaurant in Sydney

1 star is over rated for this store. I ordered pesto salad with avo. I was very hungry from a long haul flight and ordered from this store very quickly. The food tastes really bad (very sour, a bit slimy, combined with odd smell) that I need to throw the food. Before I did, I went to the store and requested for a table napkin, and at the same time requested them to check the tray of the salad. I only used the word 'check', and the older lady (approx 55 yo +, short hair), defensively (and aggressively) said 'there's nothing wrong with our food. She started depending the food and saying that pesto's normal taste is sour. I repeated myself and said 'I only said please check, it's up to you if you want to do it or not'. I decided to moved and buy another food from another store to feed my hunger. I wasted time and $17++ from this store, not to mention the negative vibes from the seller. I hope this store didnt poison a soul and hoping that this store and staffs will soon be checked for regulatory complaince.

And to the older lady above, if she's the owner of the store, I hope that the regulatory compliance guys will soon review her...

Ordered half chicken avocado toast. Waited long for order, asked staff member he replied its toasting then other person served toasts to the new customer instead of us. Later on again served new customer of same order.. when we spoke up for this, guy said well you ordered half toast and that's how it is. When he took money he did not say you have to wait till last because we work this way. Half toast order are for last may be if someone else will order half toast you will get served. Other staff said its okay..sorry but its okay, its not something unusual. A bit hungry before on OS flight so had a small yoghurt and some of my wifes sandwich. We ate leisurely then headed to boarding. On the way stomach started feeling bloated. Within an hour into the flight had bad shivers, within two hours vomiting and diarrhoea. An extremely painful and unpleasant 8 hour flight to Singapore, then an hour transiting to second leg for a further 12 hours to Zürich. Still recovering two days into Zürich.
