Sun Sing Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Sydney

Only had take away, not eaten in but on every occasion I’ve been really very happy. Very tasty and just like Chinese used to be like.

Also I’m VERY VERY THRILLED to FINALLY have discovered a Chinese restaurant with way way better than average quantity of protein in dishes. Was getting so tired of ordering Mongolian lamb and in most places getting Mongolian onions. Here you get lamb.

Nothing padded out with onion or veg, satay chicken means satay chicken, plenty of chicken and ALL chicken. If you want veg order separate. Hallelujah!

If you have never tried a Chinese omelette you absolutely totally have to. Amazing. I highly recommend their Chinese roast pork omelette. Ate in at the Sun Sing for Father's Day. The atmosphere is a little tragic but the food is excellent! Everything was tasty and well made. Mongolian lamb is recommended - just like you would remember from the 80s. The vegetarian dishes are tasty, and the chef took time to ask our party if we wanted egg in the veggie fried rice, so that shows that they understand vegan preferences. We would love to share our phantom experiences with the world about this probably most excellent Chinese Cuisine eatery with an authentic asian atmosphere, but that would be a lie.

We do wish this Chinese establishment well, now and into the future.
