Sure Cafe — Restaurant in Sydney

Had a lunch with a colleague there on 13/03/23. Ordered fish and chips, fish of the day, early grey tea and a small bottle of sparkling water. Bill came to $73, not good value for money as the veggie bake which was served with fish was stale and completely dry, couldn’t cut with the knife or chew for that matter. I brought it to the attention of staff who offered no refund or alternative options, only sorry will let the kitchen know. I still cannot add up how I paid $73 for such poor quality food. Used to go there a lot prior to COVID and this was my first visit post COVID but not going back...

The waitrons are a bit slow in clearing and cleaning tables after patrons leave their tables, but other than that - the meals & beverages are really worth it.

The Avo & Egg beakfast is divine with delicious beetroot hummus & creamy feta crumble on sourdough. The Sky Breakfast was a full-house of yumminess for the hungry. The Hazelnut latte was full of bold flavour, the Chai latte was creamy and tasty, the Hot Chocolate was a dreamy treat. Full marks for starting our day on the right note💯

Our compliments to the Chef. Sure Café would be our favourite breakfast spot if we lived in or near...

Went there for lunch and we’re totally neglected due to a large group booking (I reckon there are always functions here). Don’t bother coming here if you want service. We had to go to the bar ourselves (so much for table service) and then still got forgotten. Food (chicken sandwich) tasted ok but terribly messy to eat. There are much better places around here to eat and be served...
