The service was excellent, the food was fresh, delicious and well presented. The prices were reasonable. The restaurant itself was clean and had dining tables on one side and a sushi bar on the other. The menu offered a variety of dishes, all fresh and made to order. The chefs were skilled and efficient. Everything smelled good and tasted even better! I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and will definitely be back. I ordered: Golden Sunset California Tofu salad Mix Sashimi (7Pcs) Takoyaki Aburi Scallop and King Crab Volcano

Sushi Dragon Gymea offers both takeaway and has a sit in sushi train. The train itself is on the smaller side for a sushi train. The food is great and my favourite is the chicken dragon. The service is okay and I feel that it would definitely help if they had some more chefs, as when I have gone a few of the times there has only been the one and it shows just how much this effects the service when they are busy. There is plenty of seats available and booths as well. Worth a try if you have the time.

My local and my favourite. I've been getting takeaway away here almost weekly since it first opened, and I can't recommend their sushi highly enough. It's convenient and delicious, the staff are friendly and the sushi is very fairly priced. Regular favourites are the Special Roll, Cooked Tuna and Avocado and the large Salmon Sashimi.

Tuna was bitter, tasted disgusting , had one bite, couldn’t eat it, was warm like it had been sitting on train all day. Waitress was there in body but her mind was somewhere else. Manger happily charged me $4.10 for the one slice of sushi we tired that caused us to get up and leave due to the foul taste. What business charges a customer for food they found issues with leaving 99% of it on the plate? I will never eat at any of Gymea’s sushi shops, they are substandard. Best to go to Cronulla or Sutherland and eat at the original Sushi Train franchise, at least their...
