My wife recently visited your establishment and wanted to provide some feedback about her experience. She was disappointed by the behaviour of one of your staff members.

Ivy was quite rude and seemed uninterested in providing good customer service. My wife was on the queue supposed to be the next to be served, she totally ignored my wife and decided to serve a white guy. When my wife explained to her politely she was the next, Ivy replied rudely "ah, I didn't see you". In the next two minutes she repeated asking how many seaweed roll my wife wanted, although my wife had to repeat herself six times. This attitude made my wife feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

The only good thing happened today in your shop is, your another Staff Victor couldn't help with the rude service so he took my wife over. Victor were attentive to my wife's needs and made her feel valued as a customer. The two stars is for Victor as by Ivy's attitude only we are more than happy to give a negative ten if we could. Terrible taste. What is that white fluid inside of the roll?? I ordered salmon and avocado roll. What else did you put or is it from salmon because it is too off? Poor quality of salmon. Got fish bone in the salmon role. They think people wouldnt know the quality of salmon if they are in the role but no. People are much smarter and has much more experience than you ever imagined.

Having cheap sushi roll rather than having a decent meal at a restaurant doesnt mean the person is cheap or doesnt know anything about raw fish or sushi. They may had sushi for more than 10 years for so many different quality places.

You cant just hide poor wuality salmon in the roll saving money. Thats not how you should do business in Australia. Learn again.

I go here because they have EFTPOS and the other Sushi place has a minimum spend. I was here on Mon and there was a male and female serving two registers at lunch. I came back to purchase some more drinks after spending money on sushi earlier. This was awhile later. I was standing there and people around me kept getting served that came up after me. I was right in front of the register. Then it was apparent I was being ignored because how do you skip over someone in front of the register to serve people coming up after? I had two small children in a giant double pram taking up space. It wasn't like I didn't stand out. It was so odd. I absolutely regret spending money here.
