Just be careful when conveying your order across the counter. The staff work quite fast and almost always in pairs. I ordered takeaway today but despite repeating the written order twice they got the order wrong. They seemed to have difficulty understanding and both of them were questioning the order talking over each other in broken English. I could not have been clearer when ordering as I was reading it from a text message. How Teriyaki Chicken with cucumber and baby Tuna result in Chicken Schnitzel and Avacado and baby Cucumber with rice? They work too fast, don’t listen properly and talk over each other. We were at Cole’s and tried this place purely out of convenience. Should’ve driven to one of our regulars. Worst sushi ever. Plus they charged an extra 50cents for each roll we ordered for a child without mayonnaise. Never happened before. Then we asked for ginger and they charged us 50 cents for each packet. I thought every shop just gave complimentary ginger, wasabi and soy with the rolls apparently they don’t. I bought fresh grilled salmon many times at this place (without an extra charge) and we normally spent at least $30 for a take away food here. My husband bought some and they told him they charge 50c extra for each of the grilled salmon if they make it fresh (not the one displayed on the window). I asked the staff since when they charge 50c extra and they only replied “that’s what we normally do”, but this is not true as I never get charged extra. Poor restaurant management!
