I eat here regularly because I work in the centre. The food is nice, but the staff are without a doubt the rudest I’ve ever come across. They have absolutely no manners, and three times I’ve left on the verge of tears after being spoken to in such a rude way by the red headed girl behind the counter. The wait staff that take your order and bring the food are awful as well. I wish I could just order food online without having to deal with any of them. Either they’re being treated badly by their manager and they’re taking their anger out on customers, or management had terrible decision making and has hired a bunch of nasty young women with no manners. I’m a very polite customer, I come in, sit down, order my food with a smile, thank the wait staff, don’t leave a mess on the table when I leave. The awful way they treat me and have treated my friends that have also visited is completely unwarranted and the team should be ashamed...

When we went they seemed short staffed. 2 front of house staff and 1 of them is jumping between being a barista, cashier, and table services. Wasn't greeted when we entered so wasn't sure whether we wait to be seated or just go find a seat. We ordered a coffee and a blueberry milkshake, they had no blueberries left so changed to passionfruit (bit too sweet for me). Order the red Salmon sandwich and the red salmon burger. Was a bit surprised when we got the order. I expected fresh salmon cooked or smoked salmon but it was canned salmon! Red salmon (aka Sockeye Salmon), was very disappointed it was canned. The burger with Turkish bread also had a yellow leave or 2 attached to the salad part, that should never be served to...

When we went in this Saturday for breakfast, the staff simply didn’t take notice. Then upon our asking they said we can sit anywhere we liked. We were seated there for 10 mins, no one came to take our order. When we then asked one staff, she said abruptly that we need to order at the counter. When we paid and returned to our table, it said the coffee with our meal is just $3 (for large) and we were charged $6 - the highest we have ever paid for a medium sized coffee in this part of Sydney and the TA cup was smaller.
