26/08/2025 A new review about a new subject matter!! It was day before yesterday, Thursday the 26th of August when I was passing by I saw this sudden pop up spot!! It said, Tech skills for everyone Life skills for youngsters That was very impressive!! I had some tech queries & issues !! I approached Harry who was one of the staff there & he did a marvellous job!! He deep dive into that deep sea & solved the issue without any hesitation & brilliantly!! I was so impressed!! Thanks Harry. At that time Colbert, Tom Ellen the brilliant team also contributed their knowledge to a greater extent!! When I was just to about leave I suddenly remembered that I had another query. Ellen was managed to help me out perfectly!! I am so grateful for all 4 of them & I have no hesitation to recommend this team!! I found out they will be there in Carlingford court (closer to the post office area, just infront of one of the hair saloon you will find this team)on the 1st floor!! They will be there on the 9th of 23rd September 2025 from 11.00 am-1.00pm

29/05/2025 We are so lucky that we have this pop up store in Carlingford!! There are plenty of goods/items to go through & purchase. The lady @ the counter is so friendly, so caring & kind!! You will not miss this place as it’s very closer to the main entrance to the Carlingford Court!!

Updated on 14/03/2025 We are so lucky as we have this shoe shop. In this pop up place she got huge variety of shoes, slipers, sneakers, certain key tags, hair bands & accessories!! The lady who works there is so kind, so humble, so nice & always looks after the customers!! I have bought 2 pair of casual shoes from this place some time ago. She is truly a jewel of a gem. Thanks for looking after all your, wonderful customers in such a loving manner. I am so proud and happy to give her 5 stars without any hesitation!! Without even a 2nd guess!! CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK- They do a great service in general enquires.Provide store locations & the store contact numbers when public needs, Provide info about the wheel chair hire. They provide the customer service Desk hours as well as Centre Trading hours.There is a time difference between these two. There are about 1400 car parking spaces including seniors, parents with prams, express and disabled spaces. The Centre management is located on Level 3.

Carlingford Court has approximately 1,400 parking spaces available, which includes ample undercover parking. Access to the car parks is from Rembrandt Street off Carlingford Road, or alternatively access to the Centre is from Pennant Hills Road. Accessible Parking For ease of access to and from the Centre, accessible parking is located close to Centre entrances. Wider spaces make getting in and out of the car easier. Seniors Parking For our senior visitors over 60, "Seniors Parking" is conveniently located on orange and red level undercover carparks close to Centre entrances.

Disabled Care Wheelchairs are available for free hire, however bookings are recommended on 8845 8200. All major entry and exits into Carlingford Court have Disabled Parking Spaces allocated. Lifts can be found around the centre at the following locations:

Level 1 near Target

Level 2 near Target

Level 3 near Fitness First

Children's Play Area You can visit Children’s Play Area on Level 1 outside of Bing Lee.

Parent's Rooms Carlingford Court's Parents' Rooms are conveniently located in the following locations:

Level One, in the corridor behind Flight Centre.

Ground Floor, in the corridor behind Baker's Delight.

Catering for guardians and carers, the Parents' Rooms are equipped with microwave ovens, play areas, nappy dispensers and private feeding spaces.

Justice of the Peace

A free Justice of the Peace service  is available at Carlingford Court on the following days: Tuesday from 11am - 1pm Thursday from 4pm - 6pm

Located on Level 1 outside Connor. Please note our Justice of the Peace service is not available on public holidays.

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the current state of Carlingford Court Shopping Centre. The design and layout, particularly the addition of a poorly conceived and visually unappealing shop, have significantly compromised both the aesthetic quality and, more alarmingly, the safety and accessibility of the centre.

The placement of this shop not only obstructs clear walkways but appears to prioritise commercial gain over the basic rights and comfort of the public — especially the elderly and people with special needs. The design now presents serious access and navigation issues, with cluttered paths, limited seating, and insufficient attention to mobility support such as ramps or clear signage.

Moreover, the products on display in this new retail space are of noticeably low quality and add nothing of value to the shopping experience. Instead, it detracts from the overall atmosphere of the centre, which is now beginning to feel neglected and mismanaged.

I urge the management to seriously reconsider the priorities of the centre’s design and operations. The focus should be on safety, inclusivity, and quality — not the quick addition of substandard stores that jeopardise both customer experience and well-being.
