5 Star on the food!! I frequently visited this place (over 15 times) for a chocolate delight and let me tell you it does not disappoint! The product itself is AMAZING and the reason I continued to come back. I tried several things, hot chocolate, fondue and a piece of cake. There is plenty of variety to choose from. The service was prompt and orders were correct.
What did disappoint was the lack of cleanliness and by that I mean, every time I visited there were tables of dishes or tables that weren't wiped over. When you found a table to sit at you either had to wait for someone (who was not doing anything behind the counter apart from chat and drink) to come clear the table, or we did it ourselves. Very annoying! And when I went to sit at a table that was not cleaned properly, I had to watch the chocolate drops, so it didn't ruin my clothes. There was plenty of time for staff to clear and clean tables, but found chatting was a better use of their time.

Read moreI am disappointed at the poor service with Oliver brown and DoorDash ! I order from DoorDash at 7:45 , at 8:05 I received a message saying my order was on its way. It got to 8:20 and order still wasn’t here. Mind you my order was going to a address in carlingford and this drive is 7min tops! When I check the DoorDash maps my order was going to complete opposite direction. I then called DoorDash to resolve this problem before my order had even arrived. Once my order had arrived half my order was missing and the things I did receive were cold. I then called Oliver brown at 8:25 and explained to the lady that half my order was missing. The lady I spoke to was helpful and said they would send my order. 45 minutes after speaking to the lady on top of what I was waiting from 7:45 I still hadn’t received my order. Once the order arrived it was frozen cold !!! Really disappointed with this whole situation as I do spend a lot of money at this place to wait 2 hours...
Read moreI don’t know what happened at this place tonight but it was chaos. Customers were waiting ages for their orders. There was no system, no organisation and no idea. Customer who had just ordered were getting their order before those who ordered several minutes ago. One lady, who must have ordered 40 or so minutes before my group, never got her order. She politely asked for a refund and left the store only with an apology. I got my hot coffee and waited 30 minutes for churros for one by that time my drink got cold. They were putting out orders that were for no one. My friend asked for a lava cake to be microwave and they microwaved a mud cake instead. When they did microwave his lava cake, it was burnt at the bottom. He also waited a ridiculously long time for tea. Hot water and a tea bag. I could see customers were getting frustrated and leaving.
