This is the 3rd week for me asking for a replacement of a broken boost cup. When I first got my boost cup, it was given to me with the juice inside and with lid on. It wasn't taken out of a box but from a cupboard, sitting by itself. I had actually asked for two but they couldn't find any and said there is only one left. That was already fishy. When I took it home to wash, I realized the inside of the lid was cracked. Next visit I took the cup to the same store to get and exchange. The boost staff said the boss wasn't in and she can't make a decision. This was the same reason for 2 weeks. Then I asked when she is back. She said next week. Next week, I asked again and she said the boss wasn't in. In additions, I realized she overcharged me $1, 2 weeks ago and after an argument and even though I showed her my bank statements she wouldn't admit to the error. After a while another staff kindly offered a refund for my next drink. I'm really pissed off because I get the same drink every time I finish my gym on Saturday. Out of consideration for other customers in line, I brought up my boost app to claim my point after my order. I was then told I was not allowed my rightful points because I had not shown them it during my order... a clear statement that since they had my money already I was disregarded. I then proceeded to take my 3 drinks, 2 of which were gym junkie. One of the gym junkies had a triple booster pack costing me an extra 1.20. I then compared the taste of the two and it was completely the same. I asked the woman serving me if it did have the booster and she claimed she did.
