Worst service ever AVOID!!! We went to have a breakfast here. My meal arrived however after half way through my meal I asked how far my husbands meal was? She said she forgot and that she didn't charge me for it (so I paid without any questions) He ordered the avacodo toastie and finally after it came out the avocado was missing!!! (How is that an avocado toastie??) After this point we had enough I had finished my meal and when we went up to the manager to ask for a refund he started yelling at my husband, saying he won't give us a refund ect!! He was very rude, seemed like he was about to throw something at my husband The salad I had was disgusting I could have done a better job at home with my eyes closed. Been here a few times it’s consistently going down hill,food and service.Last visit staff was very rude the owner with an angry face told us we can’t eat any other food at their tables even though we also bought from them a full priced menu item which was quite pricey $15 for a melt and 3 large coffees $5.50 each The melt I purchased had hardly any cheese on it,the previous visit had alot more cheese,as though they are trying to drastically tighten their food amounts now and yet still charge full price.Poor value. Nice staff and fair priced coffee $4.20 large cappuccino $3.20 Piccolo latte. The coffee is good give 4/5. Our family consider it rude to eat food purchased elsewhere when seated at a cafe or restaurant. I have seen McDonald's customers eat there and leave their rubbish on the table. Cherry Beans have started to put their menu on their tables to make it clearer that the tables are for Cherry Bean customers only. There is a general food court area for mixed dining. The only exception I can think of is feeding a baby. In any case it would be polite to ask them first. The food is average 3/5 and overpriced so definitely room for improvement there.
